A secondary battery module, a secondary battery pack, and a vehicle including the same are provided. The secondary battery module includes a plurality of secondary battery cells having a battery case in which an electrode assembly and an electrolyte are accommodated; a frame member supporting the plurality of secondary battery cells; and a cover accommodating the plurality of secondary battery cells and the frame member. The plurality of secondary battery cells have a water proofing structure.

There are provided a thermally expandable fire-resistant material for battery pack and a fire-resistant sheet for battery pack, which have high flame retardancy and thermal insulation properties to thermal runaway and ignition of on-vehicle batteries. The thermally expandable fire-resistant material for battery pack is one to be used for a battery pack to be mounted on vehicles, and contains a resin and a thermally expandable compound, and has an expansion ratio in a case where heated at 600° C. of 2.5 times or more.

The thermally responsive material is a phase change composite including a phase change material selected from a paraffin wax, a hydrated salt, and combinations thereof.
