BATTERY MODULE

This application provides a battery module, including a plurality of batteries, a first enclosing plate, and a second enclosing plate. The first enclosing plate includes a first side plate, a first front plate containing a first connecting hole, and a first rear plate containing a third connecting hole. The second enclosing plate includes a second side plate, a second front plate containing a second connecting hole, and a second rear plate containing a fourth connecting hole. The first connecting hole and the second connecting hole are fixedly connected to the first front plate and the second front plate by the fasteners. The third connecting hole and the fourth connecting hole are fixedly connected to the first rear plate and the second rear plate by the fasteners. Both the first enclosing plate and the second enclosing plate form a semi-enclosure structure, and tightly enclose the plurality of batteries.

POWER STORAGE DEVICE

A power storage device includes a plurality of power storage modules laminated, a conductive plate and a sealing member. The conductive plate and the sealing member are provided between the power storage modules adjacent to each other in a laminating direction of the power storage modules. The plurality of power storage modules each have an electrode laminate, an electrolytic solution, and a sealing body. The electrode laminate has electrode exposed portions exposed from the sealing body at one end and the other end in the laminating direction. Between the power storage modules adjacent to each other in the laminating direction, the conductive plate is disposed between the electrode exposed portions opposing each other to be in contact with the electrode exposed portions, and at least a portion between the sealing bodies opposing each other is filled with the sealing member.

POWER STORAGE DEVICE

A power storage device includes a plurality of power storage modules laminated, a conductive plate and a sealing member. The conductive plate and the sealing member are provided between the power storage modules adjacent to each other in a laminating direction of the power storage modules. The plurality of power storage modules each have an electrode laminate, an electrolytic solution, and a sealing body. The electrode laminate has electrode exposed portions exposed from the sealing body at one end and the other end in the laminating direction. Between the power storage modules adjacent to each other in the laminating direction, the conductive plate is disposed between the electrode exposed portions opposing each other to be in contact with the electrode exposed portions, and at least a portion between the sealing bodies opposing each other is filled with the sealing member.

BATTERY TRAY

A battery tray is for at least one battery module for a motor vehicle. The at least one battery module has multiple battery cells. The battery tray includes: a plurality of modules, the modules including: a front module; a rear module; and at least one central module. The modules each include a base section and at least one wall section. Ducts for a cooling medium are arranged on or in the base section for each of the modules. The modules are each embodied as cast parts and are connected to one another by joining to form a closed, pressure-tight and medium-tight battery tray.

Electric vehicle battery enclosures and methods of assembling electric vehicle battery enclosures involve a base portion to hold one or more batteries that provide motive power to an all-electric or hybrid electric vehicle. An electric vehicle battery enclosure includes a cover portion to mate with the base portion to enclose the one or more batteries, and a sealant to create a bond between the base portion and the cover portion around an entire perimeter of the enclosure and to seal the enclosure based on a uniform height of the sealant around the perimeter of the enclosure.

This disclosure details exemplary barrier seal assemblies for sealing vehicle electrical housings. The vehicle electrical housings may include any electrical housing utilized within a vehicle, including but not limited to battery pack housings and electrical connector assemblies. An exemplary barrier seal assembly may include a primary seal, a barrier seal, and a carrier that extends between the primary seal and the barrier seal. The barrier seal assembly is configured to reduce the ingress of corrosion inducing substances into an interior of vehicle electrical housings.

The vehicle electrical housings may include any electrical housing utilized within a vehicle, including but not limited to battery pack housings and electrical connector assemblies. Battery pack

The disclosure relates to a battery pack. The battery pack comprises: a casing; a cover, which is disposed to cover the casing; a battery assembly, which is disposed within an enclosed space formed by the casing and the cover; and an end assembly, which includes a panel and two or more connectors fixed to the panel. The battery assembly is electrically connected to a device outside the enclosed space by the connectors. The panel is sealedly connected to the casing or the cover, and is fixedly connected to the casing by a bracket. In the battery pack according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the end assembly integrated with two or more connectors is fixed to the casing by the bracket, thus the weight of the connectors is borne by the bracket and the connectors are not easy to be detached.

A structure of connection among a circuit body, a bus bar and an electronic element includes a circuit body configured by a flexible board on which a wiring pattern is provided, a bus bar attached to a mounting surface of the circuit body, and an electronic element attached to the mounting surface so as to connect the bus bar and the wiring pattern. The bus bar has a fixed portion extending along the mounting surface. The fixed portion is fixed to the mounting surface so that a restricted area which restricts deformation of the mounting surface is formed in a periphery of the fixed portion. The electronic element is arranged in the restricted area and is fixed to the mounting surface.

The battery module is furthermore accommodated in a module space of an enveloping housing, which has a secondary sealing apparatus to prevent leakage of temperature-regulating liquid from the enveloping housing.
