BATTERY PACK
A battery pack including cells, a circuit board, a first adapter strip, and a second adapter strip. Each of the cells includes tabs. The first adapter strip is connected to the tabs of two adjacent cells by welding. The second adapter strip is welded to the circuit board and connected to the first adapter strip by welding. The battery pack implements electrical connection to the tabs of the cells through the first adapter strip, and is electrically connected to the first adapter strip and the circuit board separately through the second adapter strip, to electrically connect the cells to the circuit board. The circuit board directly collects information on the tabs of each cell, without requiring structures like copper bars, transfer circuit board, and flexible printed circuit board.

The first side wall is provided with a first through hole. The second side wall is provided with a second through hole. The cell assembly is accommodated in the housing assembly. The cell assembly includes cells. Each cell includes an electrode terminal. The circuit board connects to the electrode terminal. The first connecting member connects to the circuit board. The first connecting member is disposed in the first through hole and the second through hole. The first connecting member is provided with a first channel. The first channel communicates with the first through hole and the second through hole.
CELL-TO-PACK FIXATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
An electric vehicle battery pack including a battery tray, a plurality of individual battery cells, one or more bands surrounding at least a portion of the plurality of individual battery cells, thereby banding the portion of individual battery cells together in a discrete cluster, and a bracket assembly configured to operably couple the banded discrete cluster to the battery tray.
Apparatus and method for holding circuit for laser welding
An apparatus for holding a circuit against a battery module includes a set of first fixtures for holding a set of first conductive tabs of the circuit against a corresponding set of positive terminals of the battery module, a set of second fixtures for holding a set of second conductive tabs of the circuit against a corresponding set of negative terminals of the battery module, and a rigid plate having a set of first structures therein for receiving the set of first fixtures and having a set of second structures therein for receiving the set of second fixtures.
Battery and use of such a battery
A battery wherein a first housing element (2) forms a first temperature-control structure (101) on a side averted from the interior space (5), wherein a second housing element (3) forms a second temperature-control structure (102) on a side averted from the interior space (5), and a cover element (100) is connected to the second housing element (3) such that the cover element (100) delimits a temperature-control fluid receptacle (112), which can be flowed through by temperature-control fluid, and the second temperature-control structure (102) is formed such that it can be flowed around by the temperature-control fluid, wherein the cover element (100) is formed in a planar configuration from a metal or has a deformed portion for accommodating a second element (9) of the battery controller.
VACUUM INSULATED BATTERY
Vacuum insulated battery housings, packs, systems, powered instruments, and methods. The insulated battery system may include a vacuum insulated housing with an outer wall and an inner wall having a vacuum space in between. One or more battery cells and other components are receivable in the vacuum insulated housing. A lid or casing seals the vacuum insulated housing. The insulated battery system protects the battery cells and other battery components from thermal degradation, for example, during autoclave or steam sterilization procedures.
Busbar module
A busbar module includes: a circuit body having a flexible circuit board; busbars; and a holder. The circuit body has: conductor layers and protective layers to form a multiple-layered structure of wiring patterns; a band-shaped main strip to be located to extend in a stacking direction of cells; and a band-shaped branch strip branched from the main strip. The branch strip has: a bent portion extending in the stacking direction and having a bent shape around an axis crossing the stacking direction; and a connection portion disposed closer to an end of the branch strip than the bent portion and connected to the corresponding busbar. The bent portion has a thin-layer portion having a shape formed by removing, from the flexible circuit board, a part of the protective layers corresponding to a part of the conductor layers without being used as the wiring pattern in the branch strip.
BATTERY PACK
A battery pack includes: battery cells, each including first and second end portions that are opposite each other in a length direction; a case having an accommodation space in which the battery cells and a fluid to cool the battery cells are configured to be accommodated, the case including first and second covers respectively covering the first and second end portions; first and second tab plates respectively on the first and second covers and connected to the first and second end portions; a circuit board on the first tab plate; and a first lead and a second lead through which the first and second tab plates are connected to the circuit board, the first and second leads connected to a first side portion of the circuit board.
