Battery module and insulating plate

The present application relates to a battery module. The battery module includes a battery group and an insulating plate. The battery group includes a bus bar and a plurality of battery units, each battery unit includes a tab which includes a connecting segment and a bending segment. The insulating plate includes a plurality of plate assemblies, and the adjacent plate assemblies are connected through a connecting plate. There is an obtuse angle between each plate assembly and the connecting plate connected thereto. Each connecting segment passes through a guiding groove, and the bending segment and the bus bar are fixed and connected. The guiding groove can adjust the altitude of the tab as it passes through the insulating plate. The bending segment can be connected to the bus bar, then the process requirements can be met with a small space, which improves the energy density of the battery module.

An electrical device for a converter has at least one capacitor having a first connection and a second connection, a first busbar and a second busbar is disclosed. A respective busbar has a greater extension along a transverse direction than along a longitudinal direction, and has a greater extension along the longitudinal direction than along a vertical direction. The respective busbar has a first surface and a second surface which are opposite one other with respect to the vertical direction. The device also has a first contact-connection device electrically conductively contact-connected to the first connection and via which the first connection is electrically conductively connected to the first busbar, and a second contact-connection device electrically conductively contact-connected to the second connection via which the second connection is electrically conductively connected to the second busbar. The busbars delimit a connection space in the vertical direction for connecting a semiconductor power unit.

BATTERY CELL ASSEMBLY AND BATTERY PACKAGE COMPRISING SAID ASSEMBLY

A battery cell assembly electrically connected to a circuit board and a battery package including multiple battery cell assemblies are disclosed. The battery cell assembly includes a battery cell forming electrodes with opposite polarities on the upper and the lower ends, one end fixed to the upper end electrode so that an electric current can flow, the first connector including the other end extended in a direction away from the center of the battery cell, is made of metal plate, and includes the second connector including the other end extended in a direction away from the center of the battery cell. The other end of the first connector and the other end of the second connector are extended in directions, so that the space between the two ends gets wider as they approach the bottom end, and directions that the two ends are not parallel with each other.

A busbar module includes: a plurality of busbars arranged along a first direction and connected to battery cells; and a plate-like circuit body having a plurality of detection lines to be connected to the busbars and having flexibility, in which the circuit body includes a main line portion in which the plurality of detection lines is routed and branch portions, branching from the main line portion and in which the detection lines to be connected to the busbars are routed, the branch portions each include a stretchable portion that is stretchable along the first direction, the stretchable portions each have slits or a cutout formed in a direction intersecting the first direction in a plan view of the circuit body, and a detection line of each of the stretchable portions is routed along the slits or the cutout.

A busbar module includes: a plurality of busbars arranged along a first direction and connected to battery cells; and a plate-like circuit body having a plurality of detection lines to be connected to the busbars and having flexibility, in which the circuit body includes a main line portion in which the plurality of detection lines is routed and branch portions, branching from the main line portion and in which the detection lines to be connected to the busbars are routed, the branch portions each include a stretchable portion that is stretchable along the first direction, the stretchable portions each have slits or a cutout formed in a direction intersecting the first direction in a plan view of the circuit body, and a detection line of each of the stretchable portions is routed along the slits or the cutout.
