Secondary battery
The present application provides a secondary battery, which includes a first electrode assembly, a second electrode assembly, a case, and a top cap assembly. The top cap assembly includes a top cap plate and a first electrode terminal, the top cap plate is connected to the case, and the first electrode terminal is arranged on the top cap plate. The first electrode assembly includes a first body and first tabs extending from the first body, and the first tabs are multiple and stacked. The second electrode assembly includes a second body and second tabs extending from the second body, and the second tabs are multiple and stacked. An end of each of the second tabs that is away from the second body is a second end portion. Each of the first tabs includes a first connecting portion extending beyond the second end portion.
Rechargeable battery
A rechargeable battery includes: an electrode assembly including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator between the first electrode and the second electrode; a case including an inner space accommodating the electrode assembly, and an opening; a cap plate coupled to the case at the opening and including a terminal hole exposing the inner space; an electrode terminal electrically connected to the electrode assembly through the terminal hole and overlapping the cap plate; electrode tabs respectively connected to the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electrolyte solution in the inner space, and at least one electrode tab of the electrode tabs has an inclined portion that is inclined at a first angle with respect to a surface of the electrode assembly facing the at least one electrode tab.
Rechargeable battery
A rechargeable battery includes: an electrode assembly including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a separator between the first electrode and the second electrode; a case including an inner space accommodating the electrode assembly, and an opening; a cap plate coupled to the case at the opening and including a terminal hole exposing the inner space; an electrode terminal electrically connected to the electrode assembly through the terminal hole and overlapping the cap plate; electrode tabs respectively connected to the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electrolyte solution in the inner space, and at least one electrode tab of the electrode tabs has an inclined portion that is inclined at a first angle with respect to a surface of the electrode assembly facing the at least one electrode tab.

A secondary battery includes: an electrode assembly including a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, and a separator; a case including a first side having an opening to accommodate the electrode assembly; a cap plate sealing the first side of the case; a first current collector plate arranged between the electrode assembly and the cap plate and electrically connecting the first electrode plate and the cap plate; a terminal arranged on a second side of the case; a second current collector plate electrically connecting the second electrode plate and the terminal; a first welding portion on an outer surface of the cap plate and welding the cap plate and the first current collector plate; and a second welding portion on the outer surface of the cap plate and welding the case and the cap plate.

A solid-state battery includes: a first current collector layer having a first current collector tab protruding from one side of a quadrilateral; a first active material layer laminated on the first current collector layer; a second current collector layer having a second current collector tab protruding from one side of a quadrilateral; a second active material layer laminated on the second current collector layer; and a solid electrolyte layer arranged between the first active material layer and the second active material layer and including a polymer electrolyte, wherein, in three sides other than the one side where the first current collector tab is arranged, the solid electrolyte layer is arranged so as to cover end surfaces of the first current collector layer and the first active material layer.
SOLID-STATE BATTERY
A solid-state battery includes: a first current collector layer having a first current collector tab protruding from one side of a quadrilateral; a first active material layer laminated on the first current collector layer; a second current collector layer having a second current collector tab protruding from one side of a quadrilateral; a second active material layer laminated on the second current collector layer; and a solid electrolyte layer arranged between the first active material layer and the second active material layer and including a polymer electrolyte, wherein, in three sides other than the one side where the first current collector tab is arranged, the solid electrolyte layer is arranged so as to cover end surfaces of the first current collector layer and the first active material layer.
Method For Manufacturing Electrode Lead, And Pressing Device
To solve the above problem, a method for manufacturing an electrode lead according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of manufacturing each of a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead by cutting a metal plate; a step of applying an adhesive to at least one of one end of the first electrode lead or the other end of the second electrode lead; a step of forming a lead stack by bonding the one end of the first electrode lead and the other end of the second electrode lead to each other; a step of placing the lead stack on a die; and a step of applying heat and pressure to a connection portion of the lead stack, in which the first electrode lead and the second electrode lead are connected to each other, by using a pressing device.
