MICROWAVE CIRCULATOR/ISOLATOR
A microwave circulator/isolator includes PINs, a shell, and a locating dielectric slice, wherein a laminated assembly is arranged in the shell, notches are formed in the peripheral wall of the shell, and the laminated assembly includes a central conductor electrically connected to the PINs which are fixed to the locating dielectric slice arranged in the shell. The microwave circulator/isolator simplifies the production process, lowers the machining difficulty of the shell, reduces the production cost, and improves the production efficiency.
Non-reciprocal circuit device and communication apparatus using the same
Disclosed herein is a non-reciprocal circuit device that includes a mounting surface substantially parallel to a stacking direction, first and second side surfaces substantially vertical to the mounting surface and substantially parallel to the stacking direction, a first permanent magnet, a magnetic rotator stacked in the stacking direction with respect to the first permanent magnet, the magnetic rotator having a central conductor and at least first and second ports derived from the central conductor, a first external terminal provided on the first side surface and connected to the first port, and a second external terminal provided on the second side surface and connected to the second port.
ISOLATOR AND IMPLEMENTATION METHOD THEREFOR
An isolator includes a casing. An interior of the casing includes a positioning ring, a lower permanent magnet, a lower uniform magnetic sheet, a lower ferrite, a central conductor, an upper ferrite, a six-foot uniform magnetic sheet, an upper permanent magnet, a temperature compensation sheet and an upper uniform magnetic sheet in sequence from bottom to top. A cover plate is connected to the top of the casing. The central conductor comprises three central junctions forming an angle of 120 degrees with each other, and each having a longitudinal slit along a center line thereof, and first and second transverse slits respectively intersecting with the longitudinal slit, the second transverse slit being located outside of the first transverse slit. A method is disclosed for implementing the isolator, which increases internal magnetic field intensity, reduces third-order inter-modulation, and improves signal quality.
