ANTENNA MOUNT ASSEMBLY
An antenna mount assembly includes a baseplate having a bolt hub with a threaded bore and a sliding ramp. A vehicle mounting bracket is coupled to the baseplate with rooftop latches latchably coupled to an interior surface of a rooftop of a vehicle. A lock assembly is located below the baseplate and includes mounting legs coupled to the interior surface of the rooftop. The lock assembly includes a slider post engaging the sliding ramp to locate the lock assembly relative to the baseplate. A bolt is threadably coupled to the baseplate and tightened to move the lock assembly toward the baseplate. The slider post slides along the sliding ramp to rotate the lock assembly to a locked position.
DEVICE FOR VEHICLE, MOUNTING UNIT OF DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
Provided is a device or the like for vehicle that can easily attach two electronic devices to the vehicle.
A device for vehicle 1 includes a first electronic device (antenna unit) 10, a second electronic device (signal processing unit) 50 electrically connected to the first electronic device 10, and a mounting unit 30 interposed between the first electronic device 10 and the second electronic device 50. The first electronic device 10 is attached to a vehicle in a positional relationship in which the first electronic device 10 and the mounting unit 30 sandwich at least part of the vehicle roof 90. The second electronic device 50 is attached to the mounting unit 30 in a positional relationship in which the second electronic device 50 and the vehicle roof 90 sandwich at least part of the mounting unit 30.
VEHICULAR ANTENNA DEVICE
A vehicular antenna device (10) includes an antenna base (100) and a first antenna portion (a first satellite antenna (210) or a second satellite antenna (220)). The antenna base (100) has a longitudinal direction. The first antenna portion is provided over the antenna base (100). The satellite antennas are disposed offset in a direction intersecting a virtual plane parallel or substantially parallel with the longitudinal direction.
ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, DEVICE FOR VEHICLE, METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT, AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
Electronic equipment, or the like, capable of achieving stable connection are provided. First electronic equipment 10 is electronic equipment of a device for vehicle 1. The first electronic equipment 10 includes a first connector 21 for electrically connecting second electronic equipment 50 of the device for vehicle, a first substrate 17 on which the first connector 21 is mounted, and a base 19. The first substrate 17 is fixed to the base 19 in a state where a positional relationship between the first substrate 17 or the first connector 21 and the base 19 varies according to a positional relationship between the first connector 21 and the first substrate 17.
Ballasted telecommunications equipment mounts and assemblies
The present disclosure describes a telecommunications equipment mount. The telecommunications equipment mount includes a stabilization frame having a plurality of lower rails, a plurality of vertical rails, and a plurality of upper rails, the lower, vertical, and upper rails forming a top, a bottom, and at least sides of the stabilization frame to define an open interior cavity; at least one mounting member extending outwardly from, and perpendicular to, one of the sides of the stabilization frame a distance; at least one brace member coupled to the stabilization frame and configured to support the at least one mounting member; and at least one mounting pipe secured to the at least one mounting member. The stabilization frame is configured to ballast the mount on a mounting structure when telecommunications equipment is secured to the at least one mounting pipe. Telecommunications equipment mount assemblies are also described herein.
General aviation dual function antenna
An apparatus for an antenna assembly, which can be used for a mobile application such as on an aircraft, can include a housing defining an interior. A first antenna, such as a WAAS GPS antenna, can mount within the interior to operate at a first frequency. A second antenna, such as an L-band monopole antenna, can mount within the interior of the housing. A trap coupled to the second antenna can be tuned to the first frequency to prevent signal loss caused by the second antenna.
Antenna for an end of vehicle device
A system may be provided that may include an end of vehicle device, and an antenna coupled to an exterior of the end of vehicle device. The antenna may be configured to communicate signals to or from the end of vehicle device, and may include a conductive member configured to communicate the signals to or from the end of vehicle device, and a flexible support member disposed within the conductive member and configured to receive, absorb, and displace force from the conductive member.
USER TERMINAL HOUSING
In one example, a housing for an antenna assembly is described. The housing may include a lower enclosure configured to be coupled to an upper structure to define an internal region. The housing may also include an internal cover configured to be coupled to the lower enclosure to create a first chamber and a second chamber within the internal region.
ANTENNA SYSTEM
The invention relates to an antenna system for an outer wall of a vehicle, comprising an antenna assembly having a housing, a base body made of an electrically insulating material, and a support plate, wherein electronic components for a plurality of antenna modules are arranged on the base body.
Roof mounted imager module
A roof mounted module for a vehicle includes an imager housing in secure engagement with a roof of the vehicle. The imager housing defines a lateral aperture and a vertical aperture. An imager is disposed in the imager housing and is in communication with the lateral aperture. An antenna housing is removably coupled to the imager housing and is in communication with the vehicle via a data connection that extends through the vertical aperture.
