Electrical crimp contact
An electrical crimp contact that crimps onto an electrical cable has a conductor crimp region for an electrical connection of a conductor of the cable, the conductor crimp region having a fixing device for fixing the conductor. In a blank of the contact, the fixing device of the conductor crimp region extends at an oblique angle with respect to a longitudinal axis of the contact.
SIGNAL TRANSMISSION TERMINAL, SAMPLING DEVICE, BATTERY MODULE AND DEVICE
A signal transmission terminal, a sampling device, a battery module and a device are disclosed. The signal transmission terminal is used for the sampling device. The sampling device includes a conductive sheet. The signal transmission terminal includes a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion and a bendable portion. The first connecting portion is used for being connected to the conductive sheet and is provided with a raised portion. The second connecting portion is connected to the first connecting portion and is used for being connected to a sampling object. The bendable portion is used for being connected to the first connecting portion. The bendable portion is configured to press the conductive sheet between the first connecting portion and the bendable portion after being bent. The above signal transmission terminal can improve connection stability with the conductive sheet, such that reliability of sampling precision can be guaranteed.
POWER DISTRIBUTION ASSEMBLY WITH BOLTLESS BUSBAR SYSTEM
A power distribution assembly with boltless busbar system for electrically and mechanically connecting a component to a power source is disclosed. The power distribution assembly includes an interconnecting busbar segment that connects two boltless busbar system together. Each boltless busbar system includes a male busbar assembly and a female busbar assembly. The male busbar assembly includes a male terminal, internal spring member, internal male housing, and external male housing that receives an extent of the male terminal, the internal spring member, and the internal male housing. This male terminal includes a side wall arrangement that defines a receiver and further includes at least one contact arm. An internal spring member with at least one spring arm resides within the male terminal receiver. The female busbar assembly includes a female terminal with a receptacle that is dimensioned to receive both the male terminal and the spring member in a connected position to secure the female busbar assembly to the male busbar assembly.
Connector
There is provided a connector including: a housing; and a terminal-equipped electric wire assembled to the housing. The terminal-equipped electric wire includes: a terminal; an electric wire; and a flexible conductor provided between the terminal and the electric wire. The flexible conductor is divided into a plurality of divided conductor portions along an axial direction of the flexible conductor. The divided conductor portions are bent in different directions from each other.

The application relates to a flexible flat cable assembly and a battery pack connecting assembly. The flexible flat cable assembly has a flexible flat cable and an adaptor terminal, wherein the flexible flat cable has an insulation sheath, a conductor body wrapped by the insulation sheath, and a connecting end which is provided to be integrated with the conductor body and comprises a connecting portion and a crimping portion extending continuously from the conductor body; the adaptor terminal has a terminal body and a pair of first crimping wings which are disposed on the terminal body and protrude from the terminal body; the crimping portion is in contact with the terminal body, and the first crimping wings surround the crimping portion to form a crimping region in which the crimping portion has a multilayer structure. The present application can ensure a secure connection during use, and is safe and convenient to use.
