Control device
A control device has a plurality of modular control sections (12a-12d), which form a control block when arranged beside one another and have units of an electromagnetically actuatable actuator system and/or of a sensor system for controlling or monitoring a valve apparatus, which are connected to a central energy supply and/or monitoring device, which have individual connection parts (20a-20d) assigned to the particular control section (12a-12d), and which are connected in series and to one another. At least some of the connection parts (20a-20d) used are wirelessly in direct engagement with one another by way of their plug parts (22a-22c) and socket parts (24a-24c) that face one another and are adjacent to one another.
CONNECTING TERMINAL
A connecting terminal having a plurality of conductor connection modules, wherein the conductor connection modules each have an insulating material housing with a conductor insertion opening for receiving an electrical conductor. In each case two conductor connection modules arranged next to one another are connected via a web, wherein the web is designed flexibly in such a way that the conductor connection modules can be arranged from an initial position into an arrangement different from the initial position, and vice versa.
CONTACT INSERT AND SWITCH SPRING
A contact insert for a connecting terminal, wherein the contact insert has a busbar piece and a clamping spring for clamping an electrical conductor in a conductor insertion direction, wherein the busbar piece and the clamping spring form a clamping point for the electrical conductor to be clamped, and wherein the contact insert has a bushing contact for receiving a contact pin. The longitudinal extension direction of the bushing contact runs essentially perpendicular to the conductor insertion direction from the busbar piece. The bushing contact is designed to receive the contact pin perpendicular to the longitudinal extension direction of the bushing contact and to receive the contact pin in the longitudinal extension direction of the bushing contact.
High current fuse block
A power distribution box assembly can include a power distribution box housing, a fuse block, and a plurality of eyelet terminals. The fuse block can include a stamped busbar assembly, a plurality of studs, and a housing. The stamped busbar assembly can include a main power supply portion, a plurality of fuse elements, and a plurality of terminal connecting portions coupled to the plurality of fuse elements. Each of the plurality of terminal connecting portions can: (i) extend from its respective fuse element in a terminal direction that is orthogonal to both directions that the main power supply portion and the fuse elements extend.
Electrical Connector
An electrical connector includes a plurality of sheet terminals each having a main body and at least a pair of cantilevers. Each pair of the cantilevers extends from at least one of a first side and an opposite second side of the main body and has a pair of contact portions protruding toward each other inside a pair of free ends of the pair of cantilevers. The plurality of sheet terminals are assembled together in a stacked manner and a receiving chamber with an insertion opening is formed between the pair of cantilevers of the plurality of sheet terminals.
Contact and busbar assembly forming a bus system on electronics housings
A contact and busbar assembly forms a bus system on electronics housings arranged in an array. An electronics assembly such as a circuit board is arranged in each housing. The contact and busbar assembly includes multiple bus plugs each having first connecting contacts for contacting a respective circuit board, second terminal contacts in the form of one or more socket contacts and power rail strips. The power rail strips have at least one flexibly deformable section or are continuously flexibly deformable. Alternatively, the socket contacts are insertable not only parallel but also obliquely in relation to the power rail strips extending in the direction of the array for contact by the socket contacts.
Bus bar holding structure, electrical connection box and wire harness
A bus bar holding structure includes a resin block main body, a first bus bar having a protruding portion, and a second bus bar. The resin block main body includes a bus bar assembling portion having a groove portion. The first bus bar and the second bus bar are accommodated in the bus bar assembling portion such that first side portions of the first bus bar and the second bus bar are located on a bottom side of the groove portion and second side portions of the first bus bar and the second bus bar are located on an opening side of the groove portion. The second bus bar is sandwiched between the second bus bar and a bottom of the groove portion when the first bus bar and the second bus bar are accommodated in the bus bar assembling portion.
Device for securing an object on a rail
Device for securing an object on a rail, having an elongated base body which may be placed transversely on the rail and which at one end comprises an integrated actuating element which, when actuated by a user, moves opposing latching hooks which are integrated in the actuating element and are suitable for engaging behind the rail, in opposite directions.
Electrical connection box
The electrical connection box includes a case, a frame that is made of a synthetic resin and whose position is fixed relative to the case, fixed terminals that are fixed to the frame and can be connected to external terminals, a fuse having terminals that are put over the fixed terminals, stud bolts for fastening the external terminals, the fixed terminals, and the terminals of the fuse together, and a holding member that holds the stud bolts. The frame includes an attached portion to which the holding member is attached.
BLOCK TERMINAL
A block terminal including a plurality of bus bars including ring-shaped connection terminals at both ends thereof; a block base formed to surround bodies of the plurality of bus bars excluding the connection terminals and provided with a slit passing through a surface thereof; and a housing cover formed to surround a surface of the block base and detachably attached to the block base.
