RELAY TERMINAL BLOCK
A relay terminal block fixed to a fixing part by a screw includes a main body having a first surface facing the fixing part, and a second surface on a rear surface side of the first surface. The main body is formed with a recessed portion depressed from the second surface toward the first surface, a through-hole formed from a bottom surface of the recessed portion through to the first surface, and a protrusion that is provided at an edge of the recessed portion to protrude in a direction away from the second surface. The through-hole is formed to have an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of a shaft of the screw and smaller than an outer diameter of a head of the screw, and the recessed portion is formed to have an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the head of the screw.
TERMINAL BLOCK
A terminal block includes an insulating casing defining a recess receiving a conductive bar and a retaining spring. The conductive bar includes a base portion, a support leg attached to the base portion and a cooperating leg attached to the base portion. In a mounted position of the conductive bar and the retaining spring within the recess, the support leg engages with a support part of the retaining spring, and the cooperating leg is positioned to engage with a conductor inserted into a plug of the terminal block.

Plug-in connector with a handle part
A plug-in connector cooperating with a terminal block includes a body having a cooperation assembly mechanically securing the plug-in connector on the terminal block, the body having a compartment accommodating a fuse element, a pair of plug contacts received within the compartment, and a handle part having an actuating portion and a linking portion. The plug contacts are each connected to a terminal of the fuse element. Each of the plug contacts has a contact tongue extending outside of the compartment, the contact tongue electrically secured to a bus bar of the terminal block. The linking portion is attached to the body and extends along a linking axis parallel to an insertion axis of a pin of the cooperation assembly. The actuating portion has an actuating surface extending transversely to the insertion axis and cooperating with a marking element disposed along the actuating surface.
Conductor terminal, assortment of at least one base module and differently designed conductor connecting modules of a conductor terminal, and conductor terminal block
A conductor terminal for connecting at least one electrical conductor. The conductor terminal has a base module which includes mounting rail fastening elements for fastening the conductor terminal to a mounting rail. The base module includes a housing, which extends in its longitudinal direction up to two end areas of the housing. A central area of the housing is provided between the two end areas, with the central area projecting beyond the two end areas in a direction facing away from the mounting rail fastening elements. The base module also includes at least one receptacle arrangement being disposed on the base module in each of the two end areas, each for accommodating a conductor connecting module. The conductor connecting modules each include at least one conductor terminal connection designed to connect an electric conductor.

ELECTRICAL TERMINAL BLOCK
An electrical terminal block with simplified switching operations, which can be produced in a cost-effective and time-saving manner.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL CARRIER AND HIGH VOLTAGE CONTACTOR FOR A BATTERY SYSTEM OF AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE
A multifunction carrier for receiving circuit components of a battery system for an electric vehicle is disclosed, wherein the multifunction carrier includes: a busbar assembly with at least one charging connection rail and a drive connection rail; and an insulating housing in which the busbar assembly is embedded, wherein the insulating housing has openings exposing contact surfaces of the connecting rails, and wherein the insulating housing has plug connectors which are designed to provide a pluggable mechanical and electrical contact between the circuit components of the battery system with the open contact surfaces of the connecting rails. The invention further relates to a high-voltage contactor for a battery system of an electric vehicle.
Series terminal assembly and method for implementing wiring on a matrix of conductor connection devices
A method for implementing-a wiring on a matrix of conductor connection devices such as terminal conductor connection devices for connection of the ends of a conductor to at least one series terminal block uses at least one luminous element to identify conductor connection devices which are illuminated in the matrix directly or indirectly in accordance with a wiring diagram. The conductor connection devices that are illuminated by the luminous element and that are to be interconnected are connected to conductors, the ends of which are inserted in the conductor connection devices to establish a respective conducting wiring connection.
SPRING TERMINAL FOR CONDUCTOR
A spring terminal, in particular a direct plug-in terminal, for connecting a conductor such as a flexible stranded conductor includes a housing with a chamber and an insertion channel for inserting the conductor into the chamber. A busbar and/or a clamping cage are arranged in the housing and a clamping spring is arranged in the chamber and acts as a pressure spring. The clamping spring includes a clamping limb, said clamping limb releasable out of a latching state by a pusher having a latching edge on which the pusher can be latched in the interior of the housing on a latching hook of the busbar or another element arranged in the housing in a latching state. The pusher holds the clamping spring in a latched manner in the open position, wherein the latching edge of the pusher can be released from the latching state by an opposite movement.
