COAXIAL CONNECTOR WITH A MOVABLE TERMINAL ASSEMBLY
A coaxial connector includes a case having an inserting opening, a terminal assembly received in the case and defining a mating opening facing the inserting opening of the case, and an elastic member disposed between the case and the terminal assembly. The elastic member provides elastic forces in a radial direction of the terminal assembly to keep the terminal assembly in a first position in a free state of the terminal assembly, and the elastic member push the terminal assembly to shift to a second position different from the first position in the radial direction in a mated state of terminal assembly when the coaxial connector is mated with a complementary connector.
CONNECTION UNIT, CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A connection unit for connecting at least one connection element includes: a housing; a first contact element; a second contact element arranged on an opposite side to the first contact element, at least one receiving space being formed between the first contact element and the second contact element for clamping the at least one connection element between the first contact element and the second contact element; and at least one finger guard element which covers at least some regions of the first contact element and the second contact element in a region of the at least one receiving space. The first contact element, the second contact element, and the finger guard element are borne in the housing in a floating manner.

CONNECTORS AND RELATED METHODS
A connector assembly having a pin and a housing. The pin having an insulator layer or material separating two adjacent electrical contacts. The electrical contacts can each include a contact band and a tab extending from the contact band. An electrical contact can be established with a spring contact and the contact band can at least partially surrounds the insulator around the lengthwise axis of the pin. Two electrical contacts can be positioned in an axial or longitudinal offset configuration.

Electric terminal assembly
An electric terminal assembly includes a conductor. The conductor has a conductor body and a plurality of contact arms that extend from the conductor body in an outward direction to respective arm ends. The contact arms are located around a terminal axis. The electric terminal assembly also includes a cap fixed relative to the conductor. The cap is located farther from the conductor body in the outward direction than the arm ends. The cap defines a cap opening that the terminal axis extends through. The cap is located farther from the conductor body in the outward direction than the arm ends, and the cap is closer to the terminal axis than the arm ends.

SPRING-ACTUATED ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FOR HIGH-POWER APPLICATIONS
A spring-actuated electrical connector assembly for electrically and mechanically connecting a device to a power source in high-power, high-voltage applications is disclosed. The connector assembly includes a first connector with an internal receiver, a plurality of side walls, and at least one contact beam. The contact beam integrally extends to an outer surface of the side wall and includes a free end that extends inward of the outer surface of the side wall. An internal spring member is dimensioned to reside within the receiver of the first connector. This assembly also includes a second electrically conductive connector with a receptacle dimensioned to receive both the first connector and the spring member to define a connected position during operation of the device. In the connected position, at least one spring arm of the spring member exerts an outwardly directed force on the contact beam of the first connector to outwardly displace the contact beam into engagement with the second connector.
