POWER CONTACT SUBASSEMBLY WITH EFFORTLESS COUPLING, POWER CONNECTION MODULE INTEGRATING SUCH A SUBASSEMBLY FOR CLAMPING AN ELECTRIC CABLE TERMINATION
Power contact subassembly with effortless coupling, Power connection module integrating such a subassembly for clamping an electric cable termination. The invention consists essentially of a subassembly with a power contact of female type formed by a socket comprising arms which are flexible and also in the form of petals that are at a sufficient spacing from one another to allow insertion, without mechanical effort, of a cylindrical male contact, a collar actuated by a displacement mechanism that deflects the flexible arms, which is to say clamps them on the latter to ensure electrical continuity, an elastic means exerting a force for holding the collar in the deflected position of the flexible arms and for clamping the male contact.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION DEVICE, TERMINAL BLOCK INCLUDING SAME, PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION SYSTEM, AND ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE
There is provided an electrical connection device (100) including a male portion including a head (21) having a groove for insertion of a driver, and a body portion (24) having a spirally penetrating first guide hole (26a) formed from a lower end and a second guide hole (26b); a female portion (116) having a hole portion (118) into which the body portion (24) is inserted; an elastic portion (40) to be disposed on an outer circumference of the body portion (24) when the body portion (24) is inserted into the hole portion (118); and a movable body (30) which is disposed below the elastic portion, and engages and penetrates through the first guide hole (26a) when the body portion (24) is inserted into the hole portion (11), in which a first conductive member (50) and a second conductive member (60) are interposed between an upper end of the elastic portion (40) and the head (21), and with the movable body (30) engaged in the first guide hole (26a), as the head (21) rotates to a predetermined rotation angle relative to the hole portion (118), a biasing force of the elastic portion (40) is increased due to a rise of the movable body (30) in contact with a lower end of the elastic portion (40), and when a rotation angle of the head (21) relative to the hole portion (118) exceeds the predetermined rotation angle, the movable body (30) engages in an end portion (29) of a second guide hole (26b) leading to the first guide hole (26a), the second guide hole being provided in a direction in which the biasing force is reduced, to suppress rotational movement of the movable body (30) relative to the body portion (24).
Split Connector With Circular Dove Tail
An electrical connector is disclosed. The electrical connector has a first body and a second body. The second body is mechanically coupled to the first body in a coupling state and enters the coupling state through a lateral side of the first body.
Electrical connector assembly with larger contact surface areas
An electric connector assembly includes a socket and a plug. The socket has a first casing, a base and a first pin assembly. The first pin assembly has a plurality of ground terminals and signal terminals. Each ground terminal has a specific height, and has a first coupling portion disposed on a first end. The plug has a second casing, a receiving base and a second pin assembly. The second pin assembly has a plurality of connecting terminals. Each connecting terminal has a second coupling portion disposed on a second end. When the plug is coupling with the socket, the connecting terminals of the plug respectively clamp the ground terminals and the signal terminals of the socket, and the second coupling portions of the connecting terminals are respectively engaged with the first coupling portions of the ground terminals to increase contact areas.
MATING CONNECTOR FOR DOWNHOLE TOOL
An apparatus for electrically connecting two downhole components configured to be disposed in a borehole. The apparatus includes two complementing tool connectors which each have a corresponding electrical connector. The tool connectors may mate using a bayonet and slot connection. The slot may be L-shaped or l-shaped. The slot may be configured for straight or rotational engagement of the tool connectors. The electrical connectors may mate using concentric contacts that share the same axis. The electrical connectors are configured to rotate without stressing the contacts during assembly, disassembly, and drilling operations. The electrical connectors may support two or more contacts.
DUAL POWER INLET FOR PORTABLE GENERATOR
A dual power inlet for portable generators addresses the challenge of safely recombining split power outputs from generators. This apparatus is designed for home power backup, utilizing readily available power cords and provides a practical solution for safely harnessing the full power capacity of large portable generators. The dual power inlet features a first twist lock receptacle and a second twist lock receptacle for receiving two 50 A circuits, each connected to a three-pole relay to prevent reverse current flow. A terminal block combines these circuits into a single output. A 220/240 V coil relay ensures proper phasing by actuating only with a combined 240 V, preventing short circuits. The system includes a ground block for safety and can interface with a home electrical panel via either an interlock or transfer switch.

Electrical connector with comb-type terminal lock
An electrical connector includes a connector housing having terminal cavities which are arranged in an array having at least two rows and at least two columns. Each of the terminal cavities are configured to receive electrical terminals. Each terminal cavity defines a flexible primary locking mechanism integrally formed with the connector housing and configured to engage an edge of the electrical terminal, thereby inhibiting removal of the electrical terminals from the terminal cavities. The electrical connector also includes a secondary locking mechanism slidably attached to the connector housing and movable from a pre-staged position to a staged position. The secondary locking mechanism defines a plurality of members configured to extend into the terminal cavities and engage the edge of two electrical terminals when the secondary locking mechanism is in the staged position, thereby further inhibiting removal of the electrical terminals from the terminal cavities.
