Push-type connector for electrical conductors
A connector may be configured to electrically connect at least first and second electrical conductors to one another. The connector may include first and second connector elements configured to electrically couple the first and second electrical conductors. The first and second connector elements may each include tubular members extending longitudinally between respective conductor ends and connector ends. The tubular members may each define respective exterior surfaces. The exterior surfaces of the first and second connector elements may define respective body portions, and the exterior surface of the first connector element may define a projection. The exterior surface of the second connector element may define a tubular receiver configured to receive the projection. The exterior surfaces may include respective shoulders, and the exterior surfaces may each define a plurality of transverse ridges associated with the respective shoulders to facilitate gripping the first and second connector elements.

CONNECTOR
A connector is mateable with a mating connector along a front-rear direction. The connector comprises at least one contact and a holding member. The at least one contact has a first support portion, a second support portion, a first contact portion, a second contact portion and a coupling portion. The first support portion has a first edge in a width direction. The coupling portion has an upper main portion and an upper bent portion. The upper main portion has an upper front wide portion, an upper front narrow portion and an upper base portion. The upper front narrow portion has an edge facing a first orientation. The at least one contact has a first boundary portion between the first edge of the first support portion and the upper front wide portion in the front-rear direction. The edge of the upper front narrow portion is positioned beyond the first boundary portion in a second orientation.

Connector for Connecting Wire and Connector Assembly
A connector for connecting a wire comprises a housing, a conductive terminal, and sealing member. The housing has a receiving passage extending through the housing in an insertion direction in which the wire is inserted into the housing. The receiving passage has an insertion port disposed at an end of the receiving passage in the insertion direction. The conductive terminal is disposed in the receiving passage and electrically connects the wire to a mating conductive terminal of a mating connector. The sealing member is disposed adjacent the insertion port and has a wire receiving passageway though which the wire extends. The sealing member seals the receiving passage at the insertion port.

CONNECTOR MEMBER AND CONNECTOR
Provided are a connector member and a connector that suppress breakage due to butting, pressing in a fitting direction. In the connector, a first connector member having a first housing is fitted with a second connector member having a second housing and a supporting member having a cylindrical shape that supports the second housing. The second housing has a pair of shaft pins formed at positions opposed to each other on the supporting member side. The supporting member has a support claw including a pair of claw pieces that are elastically deformable and hold each of the shaft pins. After the first connector member and the second connector member are fitted together, when a pressure is applied thereto in a fitting direction, the shaft pins are moved to cause the claw pieces of the support claw to elastically deform, causing the shaft pins to detach from the support claw.
