The connector assembly includes a connector body, an electrical cable, and an electrical conductor. The electrical conductor is electrically connected to the electrical cable and electrically engages the installed electronic device to convey at least one of data and power between the installed electronic device and the electrical cable. The connector assembly also includes an outer sleeve configured to freely rotate around the connector body and further configured to removably connect the connector assembly to the case. The outer sleeve includes a securing region to removably secure the connector assembly to the case, an inner gasket to seal an inner sealing interface of the outer sleeve with the connector body, and an outer gasket positioned to seal an outer sealing interface of the outer sleeve with the case.

System and method for electrical vehicle charging system

A protective arrangement for an electric vehicle charging system includes a floor unit forming a recess and a linkage disposed in the recess. The linkage is extendable from the recess from a stowed position to an extended position. A cleaning device is disposed to discourage accumulation of debris into the recess and on the linkage when the linkage is in the stowed position.

Contact for a medical connector assembly

A connector apparatus for a medical device includes a cylindrical core of nonconductive material, a beam of conductive material, and a sleeve of conductive material. The cylindrical core includes an outside surface, an inside surface, a hollow center having a cross sectional area, and a slot opening in the cylindrical core extending from the outside surface to the inside surface. The beam is placed in the slot opening in the cylindrical core, wherein the beam reduces the cross-sectional area of the hollow center of the cylindrical core. The sleeve of conductive material is placed over the outside surface of the cylindrical core.

SHIELDING ELEMENT AND PLUG CONNECTOR

A shielding element and a plug connector providing reliable shielding as well as reduced assembly effort and assembly and savings on material, weight and material costs. Inner spring elements are arranged at a first end of a hollow cylindrical main body and configured to establish electrical contact with a shielding of a mating connector The shielding element furthermore has a plurality of tabs arranged along the circumference of a hollow cylindrical main body at a second end of the hollow cylindrical main body, wherein the tabs are bent and project at least in part radially from a longitudinal axis of the hollow cylindrical main body.

CONNECTOR AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE

A connector and an electronic device, to resolve a problem of poor mountability of the connector. The connector includes a housing, a conductive core, and a fastening structure. The housing has a channel that passes through a first end and a second end of the housing. The conductive core is disposed in the channel. A solder leg is disposed on one end of the conductive core, and the solder leg protrudes from the first end of the housing and is configured to be soldered to a circuit board. The fastening structure is configured to fasten the housing to a panel. The conductive core may be directly soldered to the circuit board, so that a connection effect between the conductive core and the circuit board can be improved, and mounting steps can be reduced.
