When the fastening of the cases 10, 50 is completed, a predetermined gap is ensured between opposing surfaces 36B, 80A of the connectors 30, 60.
CONNECTOR MODULE AND VEHICLE-MOUNTED CAMERA USING SUCH MODULE
Provided is a connector module providing superior shielding performance with small number of components. The connector module includes a terminal module having a center conductor, a tubular insulator holder supporting the center conductor and a tubular conductive shell, and a shield case. A bottom portion of the shield case includes a protruding portion bent from an edge of an opening portion through which the terminal module extends and protruding in a cylindrical form. The terminal module is joined to the shield case with an outer circumferential face of the conductive shell and an inner circumferential face of the protruding portion being placed in face contact with each other.
Coaxial Cable Connector
A coaxial cable connector comprising an inner sleeve, a nut and an outer sleeve, wherein the inner sleeve includes a first outer flange, a first rear extension portion, and a first surface being between the first outer flange and the first rear extension portion; the nut includes an inner threaded surface, and a first inner flange being between the first outer flange and the first surface; the outer sleeve includes a second rear extension portion and a second inner flange being on the first surface and an annular space formed between the first and second rear extension portions, wherein the outer sleeve further comprises a second outer flange disposed on the out surface of the outer sleeve outside the annular space, wherein the second outer flange has a maximum diameter greater than an outer diameter of the second inner flange, and an axial distance between a front end of the second outer flange and a rear end of the outer sleeve is greater than twice of that between the front end of the second outer flange and a front end of the annular space.
CONNECTOR
A connector is provided with a connecting member including a contact point portion, a housing for holding the connecting member and a protecting member displaceable with respect to the connecting member to a protection position for protecting the contact point portion and a connection position for bringing the contact point portion into contact with a circuit board. The housing includes a lock portion for holding the protecting member at the protection position.
Electrical Connector
In an embodiment an electrical connector includes an earth terminal including a wire terminal contact part and a ground fixing part integrally formed with the wire terminal contact part and a connector housing including a housing body in which the wire terminal contact part is placeable and a terminal cover part located at an outer side of the housing body and configured to surround the ground fixing part.
Contact device and contact system
A contact device includes an outer housing delimiting an inner space and an inner housing arranged in the inner space, the inner housing having a first recess. The contact device includes a contact element arranged in the inner space and a sealing element arranged between the contact element and the outer housing. The sealing element seals the inner space from the environment. The contact element has a second recess on an outside of the contact element aligned with the first recess. The contact device includes a contact securing device movable along the first recess to engage the second recess of the contact element.
Angled housing part and angled housing assembly
An angled housing part for an electrical connector includes a first section having a first flange surface, a second section having a second flange surface, and a bellows section arranged between the first section and the second section. The first flange surface is angled with respect to the second section. The first section and the second section are movable relative to one another upon elastic deformation of the bellows section.
Wire harness and grommet detachment preventing structure
A wire harness includes a connector, a grommet assembled to the connector and being in close contact with one opening edge portion of an attachment hole of a panel, and a plurality of electric wires that are inserted into the grommet. The connector includes terminal fittings provided at end portions of the plurality of electric wires, a connector housing that accommodates the terminal fittings, and an inner member having an annular plate-shaped flange disposed outside the connector housing. The grommet includes a flange assembly portion that is assembled to the flange, and an electric wire accommodating dome portion that accommodates drawn-out portions of the plurality of electric wires being drawn out from the connector housing. The inner member includes two deformation preventing walls that prevent the electric wire accommodating dome portion from being deformed inward.
METAL SHELL-LESS RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR
A metal shell-less receptacle connector includes a ceramic module, a glass seal having an insertion hole into which an outer circumferential portion of the ceramic module is fitted, and a ceramic support having a seal fastening hole into which an outer circumferential portion of the glass seal is fitted and fastening holes to which fasteners are fastened. Contacts and a ceramic material are integrated, whereby high data transmission is enabled due to impedance optimization and low loss characteristics, heat dissipation performance is improved due to high thermal conductivity, and durability is improved due to high strength. The shell-less structure reduces frequency interference, thereby improving the performance of an antenna positioned adjacent to the connector. The glass seal improves waterproof performance. The connector is connected to a main board using an FPCB, thereby improving the degree of freedom of position. A simple assembly structure promotes mass production, thereby reducing cost.
LOADBREAK BUSHING
A female electrical connector for use in a separable connector assembly is provided. The female electrical connector includes an elongate insulative body and a female contact disposed within the body. The female electrical connector also includes a tubular support sleeve extending between a first end and a second end. The first end of the tubular support sleeve is connected to the female contact. The tubular support sleeve defines a cavity at the second end. The female electrical connector further includes an insulating coupling connected to the second end of the tubular support sleeve. The insulating coupling includes an insulating sleeve that is moveable between a retracted position, where the insulating sleeve is retracted within the cavity of the tubular support sleeve, and an extended position, where the insulating sleeve extends outward from the cavity and away from the second end of the tubular support sleeve.
