Signal Outlet Assembly
Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a signal cable connection device comprising: a cable with a sleeve and multiple loose wires extending out from an extremity of the sleeve; a conductive metal ring crimped at the extremity so the ring and the sleeve are fixed to each other, one end of the conductive metal ring having an outward-turned flange, and a shielding wire connected to the conductive metal ring; and a housing with a cable channel defining an outer opening located at an outer side of the housing and an inner opening located at an inner side of the housing, and a threaded hole at an edge of the inner opening. When a screw is screwed into the threaded hole, the outward-turned flange of the conductive metal ring is clamped between a head of the screw and a sidewall of the inner opening.

A rotating electric machine for a vehicle includes a rectifier fixed to an outer side of the frame member and constituting a rectification circuit which rectifies the alternating current generated by the stator; a battery terminal protruding from the rectifier and configured to be connected with a battery cable; an insulating member having a through hole in which the battery terminal is inserted; and a waterproof cap attached to the insulating member so as to cover a connection part of the battery terminal with the battery cable in a waterproof state. The insulating member includes an annular protruding part protruding inward from an inner peripheral surface of the through hole. The protruding part is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the battery terminal in such a state that the protruding part is elastically deformed.

CONNECTOR MODULE, COMMUNICATION CABLE WITH CONNECTOR, AND CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A connector module provided on an end part of a communication cable used in communication of 100 Mbps or faster includes a first terminal, a connector member for accommodating the first terminal, a tubular shield member for covering an outer periphery of the connector member, and a tubular conductive rubber member to be electrically connected to the shield member. The shield member includes an accommodating portion for accommodating a part of the conductive rubber member on a side where an end part of the communication cable is inserted. The conductive rubber member includes a first region to be accommodated into the accommodating portion and a second region not to be accommodated into the accommodating portion. The first and second regions constitute an integrally molded body. The second region has a larger outer diameter than the first region.

Provided is a plug-and-socket assembly including a plug configured to be electrically and mechanically coupled with a socket, and a cover configured to be mounted over a portion of the plug and a portion of the socket, the cover including a flange forming a first opening at a proximal end of the cover and configured to be coupled to the socket, a retaining portion forming a second opening at a distal end of the cover, and configured to secure a plug component between the flange and the retaining portion, and a cover body extending from the flange to the retaining portion and forming a longitudinal opening extending from the first opening to the second opening.
SPLIT COVER ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FOR FLAT CABLE
An electrical connector includes a housing with a housing body and a cover mount. The housing has a cable cavity that extends through the cover mount along a connector axis. The electrical connector includes a first cover. The first cover is located on the first side of the connector axis. A second cover is located on a second side of the connector axis. The first cover engages the second cover to retain the covers in their relative positions. The covers also engage the cover mount to retain their position relative to the housing.
HEAT EXCHANGER FOR A CHARGING INLET ASSEMBLY
A DC charging module for a charging inlet assembly includes a module housing extending between a front and a rear. The module housing has an inner chamber between the front and the rear. The DC charging module includes a terminal having a mating pin at a front of the terminal and a cable connector at a rear of the terminal. The cable connector is located in the inner chamber of the module housing. The mating pin extends forward of the module housing into the charging inlet assembly for mating with a charging connector coupled to the charging inlet assembly. The DC charging module includes a power cable extending into the inner chamber of the module housing to electrically connect to the cable connector of the terminal. The DC charging module includes a heat exchanger received in the inner chamber of the module housing. The heat exchanger is thermally coupled to the cable connector of the terminal. The heat exchanger includes a coolant channel for coolant flow through the heat exchanger for actively cooling the terminal.
WIRE WITH TERMINAL
The present disclosure suppresses, in a wire with terminal provided with a sealing member, buckling of a wire during insertion into a terminal mounting hole. A wire with terminal includes a wire having a core wire made of a conductor and an insulation coating covering the outer periphery of the core wire, a terminal connected to a lengthwise end portion of the wire, a tubular sealing member enclosing the outer periphery of the insulation coating, and a reinforcing material adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the insulation coating. The lengthwise end portion of the wire with terminal including the terminal and the sealing member is inserted into a terminal mounting hole of a housing. Also, the reinforcing material is provided in an area extending rearward from a rear end portion of the sealing member in an insertion direction into the terminal mounting hole.
CONNECTOR
A connector C is provided with a housing 30 formed with a through hole 39, a rubber plug 60 to be arranged inside the housing 30 and formed with a sealing hole 61, and a dummy plug 10 to be arranged from the through hole 39 to the sealing hole 61. The housing 30 includes recesses 43 open in an inner surface of the through hole 39. The dummy plug 10 includes a plug body 11 to be arranged in the sealing hole 61, an extending portion 12 continuously extending from the plug body 11 and to be arranged in the through hole 39, and protrusions 16 projecting from an outer peripheral surface of the extending portion 12 and arranged to be press-fit into the recesses 43.
RUBBER PLUG HOLDING STRUCTURE FOR TERMINAL
A rubber plug holding structure for a terminal includes an electric wire that has a core wire and an insulating coating which coats the core wire; a rubber plug through which the electric wire is inserted and which seals a gap with the electric wire; and a terminal that has a first press-fastening piece which press-fastens an outer periphery of the rubber plug, in which the terminal has a second press-fastening piece, the second press-fastening piece being formed of a portion of the terminal which remains after cutting a connecting piece serving as a connecting portion of a carrier when the terminal is formed from a chain terminal, and the second press-fastening piece press-fastening a part of the outer periphery of the rubber plug.
