Each of the cores has a conductor and an insulation surrounding the conductor. Each of the conductors is stripped of the insulation at an end of the cores. A coupling housing including a coupling ring, a pin housing, and a sealing element. The coupling ring embraces the pin housing and the sheath and is fixed to the sheath. The pin housing surrounds the stripped ends of the conductors. The sealing element is disposed between the coupling ring and the pin housing. The conductors are formed of a solid and coated steel wire and the stripped ends of the conductors are useable as pin contacts.
CONNECTOR AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A CONNECTOR
An aspect of the invention is directed to a method for producing a connector using injection-molding by providing at least one conductor and at least one contact pin which are electrically connected at a contact point, producing a thermoset premold from a thermoset using injection-molding, wherein the thermoset is injection-molded around at least a first section of the at least one conductor and/or around at least a second section of the at least one contact pin, and injection-molding of a thermoplast on the thermoset premold, wherein the step of injection-molding takes place before the thermoset premold has obtained a degree of curing of 90%. Another aspect of the invention is a connector comprising at least one conductor and at least one contact pin is disclosed.
CONNECTOR
A connector includes a shell that has a cylindrical shape and includes a body portion and a leg portion, the body portion being connected to a shell of the other connector, a ground plate that is a conductor plate, a claw that has a structure in which part of the ground plate is raised in a connector connection direction so as to have a strip-shaped tip and the tip supports the leg portion of the shell, and a case made of an insulator, the case to which the shell and the ground plate are to be attached. The case includes a plate-like base portion, a slit that is provided in one surface of the base portion, the slit into which the leg portion is to be inserted, and a groove that is provided in the other surface of the base portion, the groove into which the claw is to be inserted.
Interposer/electrical connector
An electrical coupling for aerospace applications comprises an interposer arranged in use to electrically connect an electrical connector to an electrical circuit, the electrical connector comprising a plurality of electrical contacts and the electrical circuit comprising a plurality of electrical conductors. The interposer comprises a body arranged to surround each electrical contact within the connector.
CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY WITH SEALED SYMMETRICAL SPLIT LEVER
The present disclosure provides a connector assembly. The connector assembly includes a connector housing adapted to engage with a corresponding counter-connector housing. A lever including a first lever arm and a second lever arm is pivotably and sealingly mounted to the connector housing. Each lever arm includes interlocking means for connecting the first lever arm to the second lever arm at a first location. The interlocking means of each of the first lever arm and the second lever arm are configured to define complementary symmetrical surfaces that interlock with one another when the lever arms are pivotably mounted to the connector housing. On mounting the lever arms to the connector housing, the lever is configured to move about the connector housing between an open state and a closed state to secure the counter-connector housing to the connector housing.
A HERMETIC CONNECTOR
To realize a hermetic connector structure with a high product yield at a low cost, which prevents leakage certainly. A hole is formed in a partition in an insulating connector base portion, and a conductive portion is adhered to the surface of the partition and formed as an integrated member covering the hole.
Car charging connector
The invention relates to a plug-in connector (10) that has an insulation insert (1) and at least one contact element (2), wherein the at least one contact element (2) is connected to a conductor of a cable, wherein the insulation insert (1) has at least one receptacle, in which the at least one contact element (2) and the at least one section of the conductor connected thereto are provided, wherein a first seal (7) that seals the insulation insert (1) is provided in the at least one receptacle, wherein the at least one contact element (2) is sealed in the insulation insert (1) using the first seal (7) and wherein the conductor connected to the at least one contact element (2) is sealed in the insulation insert (1) using a second seal (8). According to the invention, the at least one contact element is held in a receptacle that is substantially formed from an opening (3) and two legs (4) axially protruding therefrom.
FITTING STRUCTURE FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION PART
A fitting structure for an electrical connection part, includes a case body with an opening, and a cap connected to the case body turnably about a center of turning which extends substantially perpendicular to an insertion direction of an external connection terminal connected to a connection terminal housed in the case body. The case body includes a fitting portion around the opening, and a first engagement piece extending outside from the fitting portion. The cap includes a second engagement piece extending inside to engage with the first engagement piece. An extension of at least one of the first engagement piece or second engagement piece decreases in length in the direction of the center of turning, toward an end of the extension, and/or includes chamfers on the both sides of the middle position of the extension in the direction of the center of turning.
Coupling part for an electrical conductor
A coupling part for an electrical line has an insulator having a receiving side and an oppositely lying plug-in side and throughholes, in which are arranged insulated electrical contact elements relative to each other, to which, in the mounted position, the electrical conductors of the line are connected on the receiving side of the insulator. A surrounding prefabricated housing is mounted over the connecting point of the conductors and contact elements, so that on the one side it stretches up to and over the insulator and on the other side up to and over the line.
Sealed connector
A sealed electrical connection assembly joins an electrical component to a plug-in component. For liquid-tight sealing, the free, deformable ends of the conductor tracks of the electrical component and/or the contact elements of the plug-in component are provided with hydrophobic surfaces at least regionally, so that even after a plurality of plug contact operations have been performed, in the coupling position and, optionally, in the uncoupled position, the contact region is surrounded by hydrophobic surfaces.
