ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR WITH IMPROVED ASSEMBLY EFFICIENCY
An electrical connector includes a connector body and an outer metal shell. The connector body includes an insulating body, a conductive terminal fixed to the insulating body, and an inner metal shell at least partly covering the insulating body. The outer metal shell at least partially covers the inner metal shell. The outer metal shell includes a first metal shell and a second metal shell assembled together. The first metal shell includes a first buckle portion. The second metal shell includes a second buckle portion buckled with the first buckle portion. As a result, assembly efficiency of the electrical connector is improved.
Cable connector arrangement, cable connector and pressing means
A cable connector arrangement includes a cable connector and an electrical cable with a plurality of individual lines each having a respective insulation and electrical conductor. The connector may include a front section configured for connection to a mating connector, a rear section in which the individual lines are surrounded by a cable sheath, and a central section. The electrical conductors of two individual lines have a first mutual distance in the rear section and a greater, second mutual distance in the front section with the mutual distance being increased in the central section. At least one pressing means in the central section may press at least the two individual lines together such that their insulations undergo mechanical deformation in a region of common contact.
Receptacle Head for Power Extension Cord
A power extension cord comprises a body, a cavity extending completely through the body, and a gap disposed along a perimeter of the body that extends through to the cavity, such that the cavity is accessible from the exterior of the receptacle head through the gap. One or more receptacles are disposed along the exterior of the body. Preferably, a gate may be provided, the gate having an open position in which the cavity is accessible through the gap and a closed position in which the gate blocks the gap and restricts access to cavity.

POKE-IN WIRE CONNECTOR FOR POWER CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A poke-in terminal includes a main body, a tab terminal socket at a mating end, and a wire socket at a terminating end. The tab terminal socket includes walls forming a tab terminal receptacle configured to receive a tab terminal. Upper and lower beam contacts extend into the tab terminal receptacle to interface with the tab terminal. The wire socket includes walls forming a wire receptacle configured to receive a wire. Poke-in retention beams extend into the wire receptacle to interface with the wire when poked into the wire socket. The wire socket includes a wire release element configured to be actuated to release the poke-in retention beams from the wire.
Electric wire connector
An electric wire connector connecting at least two wires includes a connector housing having a housing base and a housing cover, the housing base divided into at least two compartments, and at least two contact terminals each arranged in a different one of the at least two compartments. The at least two contact terminals are connected to one another by an electrically conductive member. The housing cover has a wire receiving opening receiving one of the at least two wires in an insertion direction. The housing cover is linearly movable relative to the housing base from an open position receiving the one of the at least two wires to a closed position terminating the one of the at least two wires.
Multidirectional linecord
An electrical cord includes a housing with a cavity and a connector rotatably connected to the housing. The electrical cord also includes a strain reliever connected to the housing and a cable connected to the connector. The cable extends through the cavity and connects to the strain reliever.
High-current connector comprising an insulating bush
The connection side of a high-current connector is provided with an insulating bush which is used to maintain the required air gaps and leakage distances between current-conducting and earth-connected parts while allowing a compact installation space.
QSFP-DD backshell
Presented herein is a backshell of a Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable Double Density (QSFP-DD) plug configured to be connected to the end of a QSFP-DD copper cable. The backshell includes an over-mold strain relief and 16 pairs of 26 AWG copper conductors. The backshell defines external dimensions and shape that are compliant with the industry standards for a QSFP backshell.
Nonmetallic push-in connector
A push-in connector generally having an interior channel equipped with longitudinal protrusions that run at least part of the length of the interior channel of the connector body to define grooves through which wires of a different gauges can be inserted. When the user rotates the connector body about its longitudinal axis, the interior channel defines a second gauge through which a wire of a second gauge can pass. The connector body has one or more incisions cut into one end of the connector body and a separate cuff that fits over the feed end. The interior channel contains teeth that grip the wire(s) or cable(s) once inserted. The exterior of the connector body has flexible exterior protrusions that can be pushed down when inserting the connector through the knock-out of a housing and spring back into place to secure the connector to the housing.
