The outer housing has a front end defining a plug opening and a back end defining a back opening, wherein the outer housing is attachable to a vessel hull and configured to hold a male plug end of the marine battery charger within the outer housing such that it is accessible through the plug opening. The removable sleeve fits within the outer housing and is shaped to secure the male plug end within such that it does not move when connecting or disconnecting thereto. The backstop is removably connectable to the back end of the outer housing to cover the back opening. The backstop is configured to retain the removable sleeve and the male plug end within the outer housing.
CONNECTOR MODULE
Provided is a connector module that is highly durable and that also allows easy position alignment with a connection target instrument while maintaining high shielding performance. The connector module includes a connector case and a connector inserted in the connector case. The connector includes a contact, a holder, a conductive tubular shell, a housing and a conductive shield case. The shield case includes a first member having an elastic portion and a second member in the form of a bottomed tube. The first member forms an elastic piece contactable with the second member. Fixing of the connector case to a main body case via a fastener member causes, in the connector, elastic deformation of the elastic piece, resulting in decrease in a gap between the first member and the second member, consequently in establishment of electrical connection between the first member and the second member.
CABLE RECEPTACLE CONNECTOR
A contact assembly includes a signal leadframe including signal contacts each extending between a mating end and a terminating end and a ground leadframe separate and discrete from the signal leadframe including ground contacts each extending between a mating end and a terminating end. Each ground contact includes a central transition section between the mating end and the terminating end and a ground tie bar extending between each of the central transition sections and extending across the signal contacts. The contact assembly includes a front contact holder holding the signal contacts of the signal leadframe and holding the ground contacts of the ground leadframe. The front contact holder surrounds the central transition sections of the ground contacts and electrically isolates the ground tie bar from the signal contacts.
Power supply structure
A power supply structure comprises a housing, a socket and a fan. The housing has a main housing, a terminal housing and a front panel, wherein the terminal housing connected with the main housing. The fan and the terminal housing disposed on one end of the main housing, and the fan attached to the front panel. The socket arranged in parallel with the fan and connected to the terminal housing.
BATTERY MODULE
A battery module is provided. The battery module includes: a housing accommodating a plurality of battery packs electrically connected to each other; and a high-voltage connector formed on the housing, wherein the high-voltage connector includes: a terminal block including an electrode through which current flows and a shielding portion formed to surround the electrode; a connection block electrically connected to the shielding portion; and a bracket interposed between the terminal block and the connection block, wherein the bracket includes a first ground hole forming an electrical connection with the connection block and a second ground hole forming an electrical connection with the housing, and a helical pattern is formed in the first and second ground holes. Accordingly, electromagnetic noise may be effectively shielded and removed.
MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR WATERPROOF CONNECTOR AND WATERPROOF CONNECTOR
It is aimed to prevent water having intruded into a gap between a panel and a flange portion from remaining in the gap. A mounting structure for waterproof connector (13) is provided with a panel (10) formed with a through hole (11) and a waterproof connector (13). The waterproof connector 13 includes a connector housing (15) to be passed through the through hole (11) and a flange portion (16) formed on an outer periphery of the connector housing (15). A sealing ring (21) to be held in close contact with the panel (10) while surrounding the through hole (11) is mounted on the flange portion (16). A drain hole (12) is disposed between a hole edge part of the through hole (11) of the panel (10) and the sealing ring (21).
ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BLOCK UTILIZING A PIVOTABLE CONNECTOR
An electrical system for use in a raceway includes a power cable and a junction block. The junction block includes junction block halves configured to form opposing halves of the junction block, a plurality of bus bars arranged within a bus bar cavity, and a hinged connector arranged on a face of a first of the junction block halves. The junction block halves are coupled to define a bus bar cavity within the junction block. Each of the bus bars are electrically coupled to a conductor of the power cable. The hinged connector is arranged opposite a second junction block half such that a portion of the hinged connector is rotatable about an axis that is parallel to a face of the first junction block half. The power cable is coupled to the junction block via the hinged connector.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR UTILIZING SINGLE-STACK TWO-WAY TERMINALS
An electrical connector for use in raceways includes first and second terminals for coupling to respective terminals of respective electrical components that are also configured for raceway use. The electrical connector also includes a housing that encloses and supports the first and second terminals. The first and second terminals extend outwardly from the electrical connector in opposite directions.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR HAVING A STAGGERED CONTACT CARRIER
An electrical connector for making electrical contact with at least one lead of an electronic device. The connector includes a mounting flange portion and a connector housing portion. The connector also includes at least one conductor having a pin end and a terminal end, wherein the terminal end includes a lead opening that receives the lead and a fastener hole oriented substantially transverse to the lead opening. A fastening element is used to engage the fastener hole and contacts the lead to form electrical contact between the conductor and the lead. The connector further includes a conductor carrier that extends through the connector housing and mounting flange. The conductor carrier includes a base portion and at least one extended portion that extends from the base portion to form a staggered arrangement. The base and extended portions each include a plurality of channels wherein each channel includes a conductor.
