Bus bar and power electronic device with current shaping terminal connector and method of making a terminal connector
A bus bar includes a load terminal connector comprising a conductive plate that extends from a first edge to an opposite second edge and extends from a third edge to an opposite fourth edge. The third and fourth edges extend from the first edge to the second edge. The plate includes a window opening located between the first and second edges and between the third and fourth edges. The plate also includes a slot extending into the plate from the first edge to the window opening. The plate includes first and second sets of openings configured to receive connections with first and second power terminals of switch packages. The first set of openings and the second set of openings are located on opposite sides of the slot.
Connector
A connector includes a pair of terminals. Each of the terminals includes a first sub-terminal having a first fixation part and a plurality of first elastic arms extending from the first fixation part, and a second sub-terminal having a second fixation part and a plurality of second elastic arms extending from the second fixation part. The first fixation part of the first sub-terminal is laminated on the second fixation part of the second sub-terminal, and the plurality of first elastic arms and the plurality of second elastic arms are alternately arranged in a row for electrically contacting with a shared bus bar.
Plug Connecting Element for a Motor Vehicle and Method for Producing a Plug Connecting Element of This Type
A plug connecting element for a motor vehicle includes an electrical conduction element, to which at least one plug of an electronic component of the motor vehicle is able to be connected, and a casing element made of plastic, by way of which the conduction element is at least partially electrically insulated. The electrical conduction element is connected to the casing element in a fixed and non-releasable manner by primary forming of the plastic.
POWER RAIL SYSTEM
A power rail system including a rail assembly, which includes a sidewall, a first interior compartment at least partially enclosed by the sidewall, the first interior compartment extending longitudinally along the first rail assembly, an opening in communication with the first interior compartment, the opening positioned along the sidewall, and a second interior compartment at least partially enclosed by the sidewall, the second interior compartment extending longitudinally along the first rail assembly and configured to receive the connector member therein. The power rail system can further include an electrical outlet assembly positionable within the first interior compartment. Further, various accessories, such as privacy screens, can be supported by the rail assembly. Still further, multiple rail assemblies can be connected together to customize the size and/or configuration of the power rail system.
Hybrid busbar for a busbar system
A hybrid busbar (1) for a busbar system, said hybrid busbar (1) comprising a current carrying rail profile (2) adapted to carry an electrical current with a predefined high current amplitude and at least one contact receiving rail profile (3) having a plurality of equally spaced contact openings (4) configured to receive protruding electrical contacts (6) of electrical devices (ED-A) to be connected to said busbar system, wherein the current carrying rail profile (2) and the contact receiving rail profile (3) are connected with each other to form said hybrid busbar (1) providing at least one bounding geometry with a rectangular cross section (CS), wherein the hybrid busbar (1) can be engaged from behind by hook-shaped mounting latches (7) of electrical devices (ED-B) to be connected to said busbar system.
Adjustable neutral bars and adjustable neutral bar assemblies
An adjustable neutral bar and adjustable neutral bar assemblies are provided. The bars and bar assemblies are adjustable to a desired number of taps. The bars and bar assemblies can have mating bar ends or clips that allow for easy connection of multiple bars to one another. Additionally, the bars and bar assemblies can have shear regions that allow for easy separation of a bar at a desired location.
Busway systems and related assemblies and methods
A busway assembly includes first and second busway sections and a joint assembly connecting the first and second sections. Each busway section includes a housing including first and second opposing side portions. Each busway section includes a first insulator held in the first side portion and a second insulator held in the second side portion. The first and second insulators each hold one or more bus bar conductors. The joint assembly includes first and second connected joint housings and plurality of joint conductors held in the first and second housings. A first exposed portion of each joint conductor extends out of the first housing and is electrically connected with one of the bus bar conductors of the first busway section. A second exposed portion of each joint conductor extends out of the second housing and is electrically connected with one of the bus bar conductors of the second busway section.
Modular plug system comprising an integrated data bus
In order to be able to arrange a master module (M), slave modules (S), and conventional plug modules (K) in a freely configurable manner in a modular plug system, a modular frame (22) is provided with a circuit board (1) which includes at least one continuous conductor path and preferably more than one connection pad.
POWER CONNECTOR
A power connector for an aircraft solid state power controller includes a first portion including a socket configured for receiving an electric plug, which is inserted into the socket in a receiving direction (R). The controller also includes a second portion comprising a connection surface configured for mating with a complementary connection surface of a complementary connection element. At least one opening is formed within the connection surface.
