A resilient conductive contact spring is bent to define at least three tulip-shaped receptacles for receiving conductive devices that are to be electrically connected together by the contact spring. The contact spring can be included in a socket arrangement for connecting an electrical component mounted within a housing with a bus bar power supply system arranged outside the housing.

BUSBAR DESIGN THAT TERMINATES WITH SEALED CONNECTOR

A novel busbar, suitable for low-power applications, features a u-shaped extension having a male terminal that fits into and establishes electrical connection with a standard female terminal. The housing of an electrical box including the busbar is modified to receive the female terminal in such a way that Ingress Protection ratings of IP67 and IP69K are maintained within the electrical box. The busbar is not riveted to a thicker busbar terminating with a stud and lug nut, as in legacy configurations, thus being simpler and cheaper to manufacture. The female terminal, once connected to the busbar, is removable by inserting a tool into a dedicated opening within the housing.

LIGHTING ARRANGEMENT AND COUPLING UNIT FOR A LIGHTING ARRANGEMENT

A lighting arrangement includes a rail, an indirect lighting module for the provision of indirect lighting, and a coupling unit. The rail is designed for coupling-on or at least partially accommodating a lighting module or a lighting unit and comprises an inner region. Along the rail, a conductor device is provided at least for providing electrical energy for supplying the lighting module or the lighting unit. The coupling unit is coupled to the rail and is arranged to receive electrical energy from the conductor device and to supply the indirect lighting module with electrical energy. The rail comprises a web which is designed as a limit of the inner region. The rail comprises a passage-opening in the region of the web. A contacting section of the coupling unit is passed through the passage-opening in order to bring about an electrical coupling of the indirect lighting module to the coupling unit.

Three-level converter arrangement and connecting arrangement for same

A connecting arrangement for a three-level converter arrangement includes a first to third connection rail which are each in the form of a shaped metal body. The respective connection rail has a line section and a connection section which has a connection means. The respective connecting rail has a line section and a connecting section which, for its part, has an associated respective connecting means. The respective connection means forms, with the connecting means, a force-fitting, electrically conductive connection. The connection rails are connected to the connecting rails with the correct polarity. The respective line sections of the connection rails and the connecting rails are situated one above the other in a stack, wherein the first connecting section, in projection in the normal direction of the first connection section, covers the first connection section; wherein the second connecting section, in projection in the normal direction of the second connection section, covers the first connection section and the second connection section, and wherein the third connecting section, in projection in the normal direction of the third connection section, covers the second connection section and the third connection section.

Connector For the Connection of Two Electrical Conductors

A connector comprises a pressing assembly and a contact prevention member. The pressing assembly has a first receptacle receiving a first conductor, a pressing member which can be activated from an exterior of the pressing assembly, and a chamber. The contact prevention member has a contacting slot open to an interior of the contact prevention member and a second receptacle receiving a second conductor. The contact prevention member is insertable into the chamber of the pressing assembly in an insertion direction.

A flat wire assembly is positioned between retracted and extended states. The assembly includes an adjustable flat wire junction block having a main body. An extender extends outwardly from the main body. A cable which houses wires extends outwardly from the outer end of the extender. A cover plate extender is positionable between extended and retracted states. Sliders associated with slide brackets and associated with blade/wire connectors connect the flat wire blades to wires so that the positions of the sliders along the length of the flat wire blades are adjustable, thereby adjusting the length of the flat wire assembly. A cover and a base may be used to enclose the flat wire blades and the wires, and may be extended or retracted with the sliders sliding along the flat wire blades.
