The present invention relates to an electric connector and an illuminating device comprising this electric connector, wherein the electric connector comprises a housing and an end cap connected to the housing, wherein an conductor which can be connected to a power supply is arranged in the end cap, wherein the conductor comprises a stationary part and a movable part, wherein the conductor is rotatable relative to the housing along with the end cap from a first position to a second position, wherein the movable parts at least partially retract into the stationary part in the first position, and at least one movable part extends out of the stationary part in the second position so as to be in electric connection with a power consumption component arranged in the housing.

Safety end cap assembly for a led tube, and LED tube assembly comprising a safety end cap assembly

A safety end cap assembly includes an end cap base element to be arranged at one end thereof on an end of the elongate housing, at least one connector pin extending along a longitudinal axis of the end cap base element, an electrical switch electrically connected to the connector pin and switchable between an open state and a closed state, and an end cap cover element arranged slidable on the end cap base element between a protracted position where the switch button is covered by the end cap cover element, and a retracted position, where the switch button is exposed. When protracted, the end cap cover element extends beyond the end of the end cap base element, and for sliding the end cap cover element from its protracted position to its retracted position, the end cap cover element is moved towards the end cap base element.

Lamp system

A lamp system (10) includes a straight tube type lamp (13) and a socket (14). The straight tube type lamp (13) includes a straight tube type cover (20) containing a light-emitting element, and caps (23) arranged at both ends of the cover (20). A pair of lamp pins (30) whose tips respectively protrude in directions intersecting a lamp longitudinal direction are protrudingly provided on end faces of the caps (23) at both the ends. The socket (14) includes a socket body (41), a rotor (42) which is arranged in the socket body (41) and on which the pair of lamp pins (30) of the straight tube type lamp (13) are mounted, and a pair of terminals to which the pair of lamp pins (30) mounted on the rotor (42) are connected. At least the rotor (42) can move in the lamp longitudinal direction.

Biomedical electrode assembly

A biomedical electrode structure is presented. The electrode structure comprises a contact member having a tissue interfacing face for contacting a tissue surface, and an opposite electrical coupling face; at least a first electrically conductive surface disposed within said tissue interfacing face, and being configured to electrically couple to a portion of the contacted tissue; and at least two electrical connectors mounted in a spaced apart relationship on said electrical coupling face and electrically coupled to different regions of said electrically conductive surface for allowing measurement of at least one electrical property of at least a portion of said at least first electrically conductive surface residing therebetween.
