This is an improvement to the tilting projectile game of U.S. Pat. No. 7,543,818 B2, in which the tilting assemblies that connect the paddles to the game's base and allow the paddles to tilt in every direction while preventing the paddles from touching one another, have been strengthened, simplified and made more efficient by replacing relatively complex parts with a single, stronger and simpler piece. By enclosing the space between the paddles and base, this improvement also ensures that players cannot put their fingers between those moving parts when the game is being played, whereas in the game's original design, if a player did not hold the paddles in the proper manner, they could misplace their fingers into that space.

A board game assembly which includes a game board having a side wall that supports a top surface. The top surface includes, a curved portion, a first planar portion, and a second planar portion, where the first planar portion and the second planar portion are positioned opposite sides of the curved portion. The board game assembly also includes, a first game piece configured to stand on the first planar portion, where the first game piece includes a ramp configured to facilitate rolling a marble. The board game assembly further includes a second game piece configured to stand on the second planar portion, wherein the second game piece includes a ramp configured to facilitate rolling a marble.

A board game assembly which includes a game board having a side wall that supports a top surface. The top surface includes, a curved portion, a first planar portion, and a second planar portion, where the first planar portion and the second planar portion are positioned opposite sides of the curved portion. The board game assembly also includes, a first game piece configured to stand on the first planar portion, where the first game piece includes a ramp configured to facilitate rolling a marble. The board game assembly further includes a second game piece configured to stand on the second planar portion, wherein the second game piece includes a ramp configured to facilitate rolling a marble.

A ticket redemption game having an upright cabinet. The upright cabinet houses a cylindrical drum which may be rotated through the use of a control by at least one electric motor. In the interior of the cylindrical drum are a plurality of balls. When the drum is rotated, the plurality of balls is moved from a low point to an apex of the cylindrical drum along an interior circumference of the cylindrical drum by the aid of traction elements.

Assemblies combining a structure, such as a structure defined by magnetic connector pieces, with a slide assembly. In some embodiments, the slide assembly may comprise a plurality of slide pieces configured to be coupled together so as to define a slide configured to receive and direct one or more slideable pieces, such as balls, therein. The slide assembly may further comprise a plurality of slide coupling members configured to couple at least a subset of the plurality of slide pieces to the structure. The plurality of slide pieces may comprise a plurality of coupling joints configured to couple two adjacent slide pieces of the plurality of slide pieces together. Each of at least a subset of the plurality of coupling joints may be configured to be positioned at the same location in at least one dimension with respect to an adjacent structure piece upon being coupled with the structure.

Assemblies combining a structure, such as a structure defined by magnetic connector pieces, with a slide assembly. In some embodiments, the slide assembly may comprise a plurality of slide pieces configured to be coupled together so as to define a slide configured to receive and direct one or more slideable pieces, such as balls, therein. The slide assembly may further comprise a plurality of slide coupling members configured to couple at least a subset of the plurality of slide pieces to the structure. A toy includes a rotational lift mechanism having a rotatable drive shaft, a helical guide track positioned about the drive shaft, a receiver basin positioned atop the drive shaft, an upper track, a tilted panel, a chute having an opening formed therein and a lower track. In example forms, one or more balls traverse a closed-loop pre-defined path including along the guide track and within the basin, along the upper track, through an airborne trajectory into contact with the tilted panel, bouncing into the opening of the chute, and back along the lower track.

An arcade gaming device includes a box container with one or more transparent walls and multiple transparent vertical separators that create vertical channels within the box container. Each channel can convey a ball from top to bottom. A movable rack with a handle is slidable by a player to interfere with each ball's downward path. Preferably, the movable rack has projections from it to be used by a player to impact the balls to slow their downward path. Each channel has downwardly sloped planar ramps which slow and convey each ball along a zig-zag or back and forth path within each channel in the box container. The arcade gaming device preferably contains an elevator to move each ball from the bottom of the box container to their drop point, preferably at the top of the box container.

A multi-lane release gate marble run module is for use with interconnectable marble run modules. The release gate marble run module includes marble travel tracks, at least one frame, and a gate arm. Each marble track includes a concave travel surface and an exit tube, the exit tube connectable to another marble run module. The marble travel tracks include travel surfaces. The gate arm is rotatably coupled to the at least one frame, and includes a first gate and a second gate at a first end thereof. The gate arm is rotatable from a first gate position in which the first gate and the second gate block marble travel in respective tracks, and a second gate position in which the first gate and second gate allow marble travel in the respective tracks.

A multi-lane release gate marble run module is for use with interconnectable marble run modules. The release gate marble run module includes marble travel tracks, at least one frame, and a gate arm. Each marble track includes a concave travel surface and an exit tube, the exit tube connectable to another marble run module. The marble travel tracks include travel surfaces. The gate arm is rotatably coupled to the at least one frame, and includes a first gate and a second gate at a first end thereof. The gate arm is rotatable from a first gate position in which the first gate and the second gate block marble travel in respective tracks, and a second gate position in which the first gate and second gate allow marble travel in the respective tracks.
