ELECTRICAL TRANSFER ASSEMBLIES FOR ROBOTIC DEVICES
The invention includes systems and methods for fabrication and use of an assembly for a component of a robot. The assembly includes a first member including a set of electrically conductive annular surfaces, and a second member including a set of electrically conductive components configured to contact the set of electrically conductive annular surfaces. The first member and the second member are included within the component of the robot. Each component in the set of electrically conductive components includes a first convex curvilinear portion configured to contact a corresponding annular surface in the set of electrically conductive annular surfaces.
Laminate carbon brush for fuel pump motor
A laminated carbon brush for a liquid pump motor slides in a liquid fuel on a disk-like commutator. The laminated carbon brush includes two layers of a lower resistivity layer and a higher resistivity layer. In both the lower resistivity layer and the higher resistivity layer, circular directional resistivities of the brush along a circular direction in the rotation of the commutator are higher than non-circular directional resistivities of the brush along a radial direction of the commutator and a perpendicular direction to the sliding surface of the commutator. A non-circular directional resistivity of the higher resistivity layer are higher than or equal to 90,000 .Math.cm. No spark discharges occur if the fuel pump motor is operated to output a high power.
Laminate carbon brush for fuel pump motor
A laminated carbon brush for a liquid pump motor slides in a liquid fuel on a disk-like commutator. The laminated carbon brush includes two layers of a lower resistivity layer and a higher resistivity layer. In both the lower resistivity layer and the higher resistivity layer, circular directional resistivities of the brush along a circular direction in the rotation of the commutator are higher than non-circular directional resistivities of the brush along a radial direction of the commutator and a perpendicular direction to the sliding surface of the commutator. Impact fastening tool and torque tester
Provided are: an impact fastening tool which prevents a torque detector from missing a signal and extends service life by adopting a fixed connector that prevents the trouble of being instantaneously separated (bounced) from a rotating electrode by intermittent impacts and has a shape allowing the progression of friction to be delayed structurally; and a torque tester. Both end portions of the fixed connector are fixed, and at least two protrusion portions are formed between the both end portions. The rotating electrode is disposed between one protrusion portion and the other protrusion portion such that the rotating electrode contacts the fixed connector at two or more points or in a line form. A signal required for the torque detecting means is transmitted through the contact between the rotating electrode and the fixed connector.

STABILIZED GOLD WIRE BRUSH FOR SLIPRINGS
A wire brush for a slipring includes a contact section, from which a stabilizer arm is extending backwards towards the brush block of the slipring. The stabilizer arm holds a friction section, which is in friction contact with the contact section at a friction contact area. Such contact, in operation, generates internal friction within the brush when the brush is moved and, therefore, suppresses oscillations of the brush.

A wire brush for a slipring includes a contact section, from which a stabilizer arm is extending backwards towards the brush block of the slipring. CONDUCTIVE RING ASSEMBLY, CONDUCTIVE DEVICE AND WIND TURBINE
Disclosed are a conductive ring assembly, a conductive device and a wind turbine. The conductive ring assembly includes a sun gear, a ring gear and one or more planet gear. The sun gear is located in the ring gear, and the sun gear and the ring gear are coaxially arranged. The one or more planet gear is engaged between the sun gear and the ring gear. The planet gear is conducted with the sun gear and the ring gear at the same time, so that an electrical signal is transmitted between the sun gear and the ring gear by means of the one or more planet gear. The conductive ring assembly uses a planet gear structure for communication data transmission to improve the interference resistance of the conductive ring assembly.
CONDUCTIVE RING ASSEMBLY, CONDUCTIVE DEVICE AND WIND TURBINE
Disclosed are a conductive ring assembly, a conductive device and a wind turbine. The conductive ring assembly includes a sun gear, a ring gear and one or more planet gear. The sun gear is located in the ring gear, and the sun gear and the ring gear are coaxially arranged. The one or more planet gear is engaged between the sun gear and the ring gear. The planet gear is conducted with the sun gear and the ring gear at the same time, so that an electrical signal is transmitted between the sun gear and the ring gear by means of the one or more planet gear. The conductive ring assembly uses a planet gear structure for communication data transmission to improve the interference resistance of the conductive ring assembly.
Electrical measurement devices for a device under test
Methods and apparatus for electrical measurement are disclosed. An example electrical measurement device includes a conductive cable that includes a plurality of conductive filaments on a first end and an electrical connector on a second end, a cable mount that includes a base and an adjustable support attached to the base and the conductive cable to hold the plurality of conductive filaments in contact with a rotating element of a device under test during a measurement operation, with the conductive cable forming a portion of a circuit when the plurality of conductive filaments are in contact with the rotating element of the device under test and the electrical connector is in contact with an output.
