Laser panel, laser array device, and laser display
A laser panel, a laser array device, and a laser display. The laser panel and the laser array device separately comprise multiple groups of independent laser light source modules; each group of laser light source modules comprises plural light sources; the plural light sources are all produced by inkjet printing; the laser display and a voltage-driven laser display separately comprise the laser panel. Producing a laser panel by inkjet printing provides a novel technical solution for cheap and industrial manufacturing of laser panels. It is difficult to generate laser coherent superposition between the light emitted by the laser light source module, and therefore, speckles caused by laser coherence in conventional laser display technologies are greatly eliminated. The present invention achieves a voltage-driven laser display, and facilitates achieving a better display effect while reducing the volume of the display.
Tunable laser materials comprising solid-state blended polymers
The present invention relates to a solid-state blended polymer system that has the property of tunable lasing wavelength through adjusting the blending ratio. It can be used for health monitoring, environmental monitoring sensor and tissue imaging. Current materials do not have the broad tunable range; from blue to infra-red across the optical range. By using the same two polymers, it is possible to produce laser emitting blue to red colour. It simplifies the design, eases multi-wavelength laser sensor system integration and therefore, making the production cost-effective.

LASER DEVICE
A security or identification device comprises a membrane laser structure configured to be optically pumped. The membrane laser structure comprises a flexible emission layer comprising a gain material; and one or more structures formed in or associated with the flexible emission layer and configured to provide optical feedback in the emission layer to produce a laser light output having at least one property representing an identifier.
Solid state laser with conjugated oligomer active material
The solid state laser with conjugated oligomer active material uses a lasing medium including a conjugated oligomer embedded in a transparent crystal matrix. The lasing medium preferably also includes a thermally conductive material. A pump laser generates a pump laser beam to impinge on the lasing medium, causing the lasing medium to generate at least one amplified spontaneous emission laser beam. The transparent crystal matrix may be formed from an epoxy thermosetting plastic, such as that formed from a hardener and an epoxy, such as isobornyl acrylate, ethyl 2-cyanoacrylate, ethyl 2-cyano-3,3-bis(methylthio)acrylate, ethyl cyanoacrylate, ethyl cis-(-cyano)acrylate, poly(bisphenol A-co-epichlorohydrin) or bisphenol A. The conjugated oligomer may be 1,4-bis(9-ethyl-3-carbazo-vinylene)-9,9-dihexyl-fluorene (BECVH-DHF). The thermally conductive material may be molybdenum disulfide (MoS.sub.2) or [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM 60).
METHOD OF FABRICATING TUBULAR LASER LIGHT SOURCE, TUBULAR LASER LIGHT SOURCE AND DETECTION DEVICE USING TUBULAR LASER LIGHT SOURCE
A tube preparation step of preparing a resin tube that has a tube wall impregnable with a solution including a fine substance and is made of a light-transmitting resin material, a solution preparation step of preparing a solution that includes a fine fluorescent substance that emits fluorescence or a fine scattering substance that scatters light as an oscillation material and an impregnation step of causing the resin tube to be immersed in the solution and causing the tube wall of the resin tube to be impregnated with the oscillation material, are included.

Photonic molecule laser
A photonic molecule laser is described that includes a photonic molecule waveguide coupled to a photonic molecule seeding source configured to deliver a plurality of photonic molecules. The photonic molecule waveguide includes a second dopant maintained at a population inverted state with an energy level transition corresponding to a second frequency that is an N-fold multiple of a first frequency and amplifies the number of photonic molecules via stimulated emission. The photonic molecule seeding source includes a waveguide with a first dopant maintained at a population inverted state with an energy level transition corresponding to the first frequency. A pump source is coupled to the waveguide configured to deliver a first frequency laser pulse with pulse coherence time less than the photonic molecules correlation time. Each photonic molecule includes a threshold bound state of N first frequency photons, and each photonic molecule has the second frequency.
