An object of the present invention is to keep a wire-shaped transmission member from being exposed to the outside. A connection structure for a housing member and a protective tube, the connection structure includes a wire-shaped transmission member, a housing member for housing a first portion which is a portion of the wire-shaped transmission member, a protective tube for covering a second portion which is another portion of the wire-shaped transmission member and an opposite-side housing member for housing a third portion that is on an opposite side to the first portion with the second portion interposed between the first portion and the third portion. The protective tube is formed to a length that reaches both the housing member and the opposite-side housing member.

A waterproof connector that is easy to design and manufacture and that can provide sufficiently close contact with respect to a through hole including a tapered opening is provided. A sealing member that provides waterproofness of the waterproof connector includes an inner tube portion and an outer tube portion, and the connector body includes a holding projection. The holding projection is configured to be inserted between the inner tube portion and the outer tube portion from a rear side in an insertion direction and configured to push the outer tube portion against an inner circumferential face of the tapered opening when the sealing member is received between the outer circumferential face of the connector body and the inner circumferential face of the tapered opening.

A pull box for accepting cable in electrical wiring installations includes a main body. The main body includes a first leg, a second leg, and a bridge portion spanning between and interconnecting the first leg and the second leg. The first leg, the second leg, and the bridge portion form a U-shape and define an interior space. The pull box further includes a cover. The cover is movable relative to the housing to transition the pull box between an open state and a closed state. The cover permits access to the interior space when the pull box is in the open state and prevents access to interior space when the pull box is in the closed state

The present invention provides a base electrical box, and an end portion. The end portion is added to the base electrical box to substantially complete the electrical box. The electrical box also includes at least one intermediate portion that is added to complete the electrical box. The at least one intermediate portion is placed between the base electric box and the end portion.

A slide door structure includes: a slide door provided to be movable with respect to a vehicle body; and a wire harness routed between the vehicle body and the slide door by allowing an electric wire bundle to pass through a bendable exterior member. The wire harness is connected to the slide door by door-side fixture including an outer member attached to the slide door and an inner member provided on the wire harness and supported by the outer member so as to be rotatable about an axis in an upper-lower direction as a center. In the door-side fixture, the inner member is supported by the outer member so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to the axis.

An improved weatherhead and insulator, and methods for using and installing same, for improved insertion and installation of wiring/cabling to new or existing structures. The weatherhead includes a replaceable disc insulator that may be initially installed or replaced as part of a new weatherhead, or replaced in an installed weatherhead if damaged without passing the end of the service through the insulator. The open spaces through which the service passes are accessible from the top of the insulator. Where the cap is metallic, additional insulation may be inserted at the top of the insulator. The insulator is configured to prevent relative movement between the insulator and collar during installation.

A wiring harness module 20 disclosed by this specification includes a wiring harness 30 having at least one wire 32 fixed along a strip-like base member, a holding member 40 for holding a sheet-like margin portion 36 different from a part fixed to the wire 32 in the base member, and a protector 60 to be mounted on a slidable slider. The protector 60 includes an accommodating portion 62 for accommodating the holding member 40, and the accommodating portion 62 includes a front wall 74 and a back wall 75 lockable to the holding member 40 in a front-back direction.

A protective sleeve assembly for protecting an electrical member and a wire harness extending therethrough and method of construction thereof are provided. The sleeve assembly includes a multi-layer tube extending longitudinally along an axis between opposite ends. An end cap is disposed over one of the opposite ends. The end cap has an opening through which the wire harness extends to allow assembly and disassembly of the protective sleeve assembly along the wire harness and about the electrical member. The multilayer tube includes an inner tube and an outer tube. The inner tube has a semi-rigid tubular wall including radially extending energy dissipating features to minimize the transmission of impact forces to the electrical member. The outer tube is a textile tube disposed about the inner tube.

A conduit outlet assembly for a rigid metal conduit raceway of an electrical system is provided. A conduit outlet assembly includes a gasket, a gripping ring, and a condulet assembly. The gasket is sized to circumscribe an outer surface of a rigid metal conduit of the rigid metal conduit raceway. The gripping ring is sized to circumscribe the outer surface of the rigid metal conduit. The condulet assembly is sized to receive the rigid metal conduit, and includes an adapter and a condulet. The adapter includes a compression section and a coupling section, wherein the compression section is sized to receive the rigid metal conduit with the gasket and the gripping ring disposed thereon. The condulet is sized to receive the coupling section of the adapter.

An electrical conduit junction box (10) includes a body (12). The body (12) defines an interior (18). The body (12) includes an edge attachment formation (24) which defines a socket receiving aperture (22). The box (10) further includes a socket (26). The socket (26) includes a socket attachment formation (28). The box (10) is movable from a disassembled condition in which the socket (26) is separate to the body (12) and an assembled condition in which the socket (26) is located in the socket receiving aperture (22) and the socket attachment formation (28) engages the edge attachment formation (24) to secure the socket (26) to the body (12).
