OUTLET BOX
An outlet box comprises a box body and a lid. The box body defines an internal space and has a lid opening permitting access to the internal space. The lid is releasably attachable to the lid opening of the body in a closed configuration, which prevents access to the internal space, and releasably attachable to an external retaining tab of the body in an open configuration, which permits access to the internal space through the lid opening. An attaching mechanism may optionally be used to releasable attach the lid to the external retaining tab, in the open configuration, and to prevent manual relative rotation of the lid with respect to the lid opening in the closed configuration. A gasket may be co-molded with the lid. The external retaining tab may extend from the base wall and has elongated mounting slots for receiving a mounting mechanism. The elongated mounting slots permit relative movement of the box body with respect to the mounting mechanism when in a semi-tightened position.
Electrical junction box
An electrical junction box includes a housing that defines an internal space. The housing has a front, which is open. A buss bar is coupled to the housing and is positioned in the internal space. A plurality of connectors is coupled to the buss bar and extends through a respective opposing side of the housing. A plurality of couplers is coupled to the buss bar. The couplers are positioned on a front face of the buss bar. The connectors are configured for insertion of wires, such that the wires are coupled to the buss bar and the buss bar is coupled to an electrical circuit. The couplers are configured for insertion of wiring that is coupled to an electrical device, such as a switch, light, fan or outlet. The wiring is coupled to the buss bar and the electrical device is coupled to the electrical circuit.

Energy storage/delivery device mounting plate
A system and apparatus for energy storage/delivery device mounting. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a mounting plate comprising (i) a plurality of plate mounting features for securing the mounting plate to at least one structure; (ii) a plurality of spatial alignment features for spatially aligning the mounting plate with a second mounting plate; and (iii) at least one energy storage/delivery device mounting feature for mating with a corresponding feature of the energy storage/delivery device to removably mount the energy storage/delivery device on the mounting plate.
Standing structure for shell of extension cord
A standing structure for a shell of an extension cord is provided. Intercalating trenches are disposed on rear edges of a pair of opposite surfaces of the shell of the extension cord. A support frame includes a horizontally-disposed bottom plate and a vertically-disposed support plate connecting the bottom plate and having two intercalating strips intercalated into the intercalating trenches. Thus, the shell of the extension cord can be combined with the support frame to form the standing structure. The planar surface, not combined with the shell of the extension cord, of the support plate thus can face to a user for hiding power outlets and power cables plugged into the power outlets.
Universal retrofit light mounting box with audio/video functions
A universal light mounting box for retrofit is described. The retrofit light mounting box attaches to a junction box and receives electrical power from the junction box cables. The mounting box includes a canopy housing and a camera housing to provide wireless communication of both audio and video capabilities for the area around the junction box while also providing controlled power to a light fixture which is attached to the mounting box. A depending camera housing provides both audio and video signals which can be transmitted from the retrofit canopy housing electronics to a user's device.
Support frame for structured cabling system
A support frame (10) for a cabling trunk assembly (1) is disclosed. In one embodiment, the support frame (10) has a main body (11) defining a mounting surface (41), and a first extension leg (50) extending along a first side edge (42) of the main body (11) and away from the mounting surface (41). Similarly, the support frame (10) can be provided with a second extension leg (52) that extends along a second side edge (44) of the main body (11) and away from the mounting surface (41). The extension legs (50, 52) may be provided with tabs (54, 56) to provide a secure connection with receiving grooves (28, 29) on a channel (12) of the cabling trunk assembly (1). The extension legs (50, 52) may also be configured to provide a snap-fit connection with the receiving grooves (28, 29).
Electrical box receptacle mount
A receptacle assembly for attachment to a mounting surface is provided and includes a receptacle mount having a flange attachable to the mounting surface. A deck of the receptacle mount extends from the flange opposite the mounting surface and a hood extends from the deck opposite the mounting surface. An electrical box is attachable to the rearward side of the receptacle mount and is disposed entirely between a forward edge of the hood and a back of the flange of the receptacle mount, such that none of the electrical box is recessed into the mounting surface.

Electrical box assembly for angled recessed mounting of high and low voltage components
An electrical device mounting assembly adapted for mounting of power and low voltage components in a shallow wall cavity to supply a television or similar electronic device. The mounting assembly recesses all high and low voltage components behind the wall surface to render them unobtrusive and out of the way. The mounting assembly includes a mounting frame with a peripheral flange, sidewalls, and a rear wall. A corner of the mounting frame is adapted to mount a duplex receptacle at an oblique angle with respect to the sidewalls. The mounting frame includes cable tie-offs for routing cables and at least one low voltage mount for the mounting of low voltage components. The mounting assembly enables consolidation of all power and signal hookups for TV or home entertainment systems in a single assembly that is recessed within the wall and allows flush wall mounting of a flat panel TV.
