Member junction structure and electric junction box
A member junction structure includes a first member provided with a first press-fitting portion and a second press-fitting portion, and a second member provided with a first press-fitted portion and a second press-fitted portion and configured to be installed on the first member by moving in a first direction which is a predetermined one direction with respect to the first member. In a state where the second member is halfway to be installed on the first member, the first press-fitting portion is inserted into the second press-fitted portion, thereby providing a guide for installing the second member on the first member. In a state where the second member is completely installed on the first member, the first press-fitting portion is press-fitted into the first press-fitted portion, and the second press-fitting portion is press-fitted into the second press-fitted portion.
Interchangeable Modular Outlet Cover
A modular cover plate assembly for mounting an electrical circuit device to an electrical outlet box includes at least one electrical circuit device, a cover plate having at least one opening formed therein, and multiple adapters configured for insertion into the at least one opening. For instance the cover plate has one or two openings formed therein of rectangular or circular shape. The adapters can be inserted into the opening so that the cover plate may be used with a variety of different styles of outlet inserts. For instance, the adapters may include an electrical outlet adapter, a switch adapter, and/or a rocker switch adapter. The modular cover plate assembly can have other features to optimize functionality, including corner fastener channels configured to receive and hold screws in place prior to installation, and an adapter cover that allows the assembly to be converted to a 4 11/16 inch cover plate.

Fliptop integrated latch
An integrated latching mechanism includes a slider button. At least one curved elastic arm extends from the slider button and is configured such that in response to an external force urging the slider button in a first direction, the curved elastic arm is distorted such that upon removal of the external force, the curved elastic arm moves the slider button in a direction opposite to the first direction. A locking part is contiguous with the slider button and extends away from the slider button. In response to the external force urging the slider button in the first direction, the locking part moves in the first direction, and upon removal of the external force, the curved elastic arm moves the locking part in the direction opposite to the first direction. The at least one curved elastic arm, the slider button, and the locking part form a single piece of elastic material.

ELECTRIC JUNCTION BOX ASSEMBLY WITH REMOVABLE COVER
An electric junction box assembly includes a case, a housing and a cover. A housing is disposed on an outer surface of the case. The housing includes a back wall and a pair of supports disposed on the back wall. The supports are spaced apart from each other and each support includes an upper support member and a lower support member spaced apart from each other so as to define an opening. The upper support member has an arcuate inner surface and the lower support member has an arcuate inner surface each having a radius greater than the opening. The cover includes an axial rod having a thickness smaller than a height of the opening and a width greater than the height of the opening, wherein a rotation of the axial rod prevents the cover from being dislodged from the opening.

JUNCTION BOX FOR A LIGHT FIXTURE
A junction box for a light fixture. The junction box is configured to be mounted to a desired surface within an environment and includes a housing, a bracket coupled to the housing, an internal cavity defined by the housing and the bracket, a driver disposed in the internal cavity, an adapter removably disposed within the internal cavity, and a cover removably coupled to the adapter to selectively close the internal cavity. The cover includes an opening configured to receive a portion of the light fixture to removably couple the light fixture to the junction box. When the cover is coupled to the adapter, the adapter retains the driver in the cavity and prevents access to the driver, and when the cover is removed, the adapter is removable from the cavity, thereby permitting access to the driver.
GESTURE-BASED CONTROL DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING AN ELECTRICAL LOAD
A control device may be configured to control one or more electrical loads in a load control system. The control device may be a wall-mounted device such as dimmer switch, a remote control device, or a retrofit remote control device. The control device may include a gesture-based user interface for applying advanced control over the one or more electrical loads. The types of control may include absolute and relative control, intensity and color control, preset, zone, or operational mode selection, etc. Feedback may be provided on the control device regarding a status of the one or more electrical loads or the control device.
