ELECTRICAL BOX BAR HANGER
An electrical box bar hanger includes an adjustable channel having a plurality of locking tabs at distal ends thereof and first and second end plates with each of the first and second end plates having a plurality of locking apertures thereon. The first and second end plates are integrally connected to each distal end of the adjustable channel. When each end plate is bent 90 degrees against each corresponding end of the adjustable channel, each of the plurality of locking apertures aligns with each corresponding locking tab, such that the plurality of locking tabs can be inserted into corresponding locking aperture to allow the first and second end plates to be perpendicular with the adjustable channel without the use of welding.
Deployable ceiling box assembly
A recessed, deployable ceiling box assembly includes a ceiling frame-mounting member and a ceiling box member, a support member for securing the ceiling frame-mounting member to a ceiling structural member and one or more connector members for attaching the ceiling box member to the ceiling frame-mounting member. The ceiling box member is deployable from a retracted position, where the ceiling box member is retained within the ceiling frame-mounting member at or above the height of the ceiling, to a deployed position, where the ceiling box member hangs by the connector member below the height of the ceiling. A door may be used to cover the contents of the deployable ceiling box assembly.
CONCRETE CASTING SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR PROVIDING A LIGHTING SYSTEM IN A BUILDING
According to the present disclosure, a concrete casting system including a large number of individual concrete casting boxes is provided. The concrete casting system has a grid-like structure in which the individual concrete casting boxes are arranged at the intersection points of the grid-like structure. Two respectively adjacent concrete casting boxes are connected to one another by means of a spacer. Each concrete casting box has a housing which has at least one opening in a direction perpendicular to the direction of extent of the grid-like structure. The concrete casting system is designed such that it can be rolled up or folded.
Adaptable operating room ceiling systems
An operating room ceiling system includes an air diffuser assembly, a raceway assembly, and a light assembly. The raceway assembly is positioned along an outer perimeter of the air diffuser assembly. The light assembly is positioned along an outer perimeter of the raceway assembly. The raceway assembly provides a raceway to facilitate cable routing.
UTILITY SUPPORT APPARATUS
The present invention relates to utility support apparatus (30). The utility support apparatus (30) comprises first (32) and second (34) elongate arrangements each configured towards a proximal end to be attached to a structure so as to depend from the structure. The utility support apparatus (30) also comprises a holding arrangement configured to, in use, hold utility distribution elements. The first and second elongate arrangements (32, 34) are mechanically coupled to the holding arrangement at spaced apart locations on the holding arrangement. Each of the first and second elongate arrangements (32, 34) is mechanically coupled to the holding arrangement at a location on the elongate arrangement spaced apart from the proximal end. Each of the first and second elongate arrangements (32, 34) comprises a first aperture (42) towards the proximal end to provide for attachment to the structure and second and third apertures (44, 46) spaced apart from the proximal end, the second and third apertures (44, 46) providing for mechanical coupling to the holding arrangement. The first, second and third apertures (42, 44, 46) lie in the same plane.
Lighting junction box
A lighting-junction-box-assembly-for-remodel (assembly) has a lighting-junction-box, leg-springs attached to the lighting-junction-box, and mounting-tabs attached to the lighting-junction-box. The leg-springs are used to (temporarily) hold (by friction) the assembly within a hole in an existing ceiling, sized to fit the assembly. While the leg-springs are (temporarily) holding the assembly within the hole in the existing ceiling, other/different holes within extension-portions of the mounting-tabs are used to secure the entire assembly to the existing ceiling, via mechanical fasteners passing through the extension-portion holes and into the existing ceiling. An existing ceiling may be retrofitted with this assembly to have a lighting-junction-box where desired/needed in that existing ceiling; and as such, this assembly is particularly useful in remodeling situations (applications); however, the assembly may also be used in new construction. The assembly may also include a second junction-box to offload some of the circuitry that would otherwise be included within a lighting can.
Box and conduit hanger support
Improvements in a box and conduit hanger support that creates a unitary support bracket that allows for central mounting of an electrical junction box to said support bracket for suspended installations. Holes and slots located in extended portion of support bracket allowing for support of conduits connected to junction box using conduit clamps. In addition, bent tabs on perimeter of support bracket provide openings for a threaded rod to pass through, thus allowing for installation of support bracket in perpendicular alignment with ceiling. The features of this plate facilitate installation and maintenance of a hanging junction box, notably for applications with inadequate spacing between ceiling and floor.
Metal-clad multi-circuit electrical cable assembly
An electrical cable assembly comprising a first electrical circuit comprising at least two insulated conductors, a second electrical circuit, and a conductive metallic armor encasing the first and second electrical circuits, wherein the conductive metallic armor provides a return ground path. The second electrical circuit comprising at least two control insulated conductors, a jacket surrounding the control insulated conductors, and a wrap surrounding the jacket which is surrounding the control insulated conductors.
Electrical Box and Conduit Support Plates
The present disclosure provides improved electrical box and conduit support plates that allow for central mounting of an electrical box to a support plate and mounting of electrical conduits for suspended installations in various orientations. The support plate includes a body having a plurality of built-in offsets, a plurality of built-in hanger tabs, and a plurality of clip mounting apertures that may be arranged as pairs. Each built-in offset preferably has two side walls extending from the body and a mounting arm between the side walls. Each mounting arm includes a plurality of clamp mounting apertures used to attach a conduit clamp to the mounting arm. Each of the plurality of built-in hanger tabs are preferably bendable relative to the body. Box and conduit support kits that includes a body and a plurality of hanger clips are also provided.
Metal-clad multi-circuit electrical cable assembly
An electrical cable assembly including a first electrical circuit including an insulated conductor, a second electrical circuit, a third electrical circuit, and a conductive metallic armor encasing the first, second, and third electrical circuits, wherein the conductive metallic armor provides a return ground path. The second and third electrical circuits each includes (i) a control insulated conductor, (ii) a jacket surrounding the control insulated conductor, and (iii) a wrap surrounding the jacket which is surrounding the control insulated conductor.
