Improvements in machine walls to construct a building or house is disclosed. Adjacent side of the wall sections are tapered and dovetailed that lock-in-place. The dovetails are spaced to reduce the height that one section must be lifted to engage in an adjoining wall section. The footers/base plate will also have integrated earthquake or hurricane hold-downs in the footer/base plate that aligns and can be secured from the foundation to the wall sections. The connection of the wall section to the foundation to have counter flashing at the concrete insert and the wall-to-wall sections can be self-flashed. The wall sections can have GPS locators for positioning the wall sections. Plumbing and electrical conduit creating circuits that can be integrated into the walls and are connected sealed or bonded together.

Integrated fenestration wall assembly

A fenestration wall assembly includes a fenestration frame extending along a perimeter of the fenestration wall assembly. The fenestration frame includes a socket core having a first module socket configured to interchangeably receive service modules therein, and a second module socket configured to interchangeably receive service modules therein. The interchangeably received service modules include at least first and second service modules. Each of the first and second modules includes respective first and second module profiles. A panel having a panel profile is surrounded by the fenestration frame. The panel profile is isolated from the first and second module profiles.

Adjustable mounting apparatus

An adjustable mounting apparatus is disclosed for securing devices to a wall, such as speakers and the like, and includes a cable pass through for routing associated device cables through the wall. The adjustable mounting apparatus includes a rigid frame with a lip having an opening therein, a rearward extending sidewall surrounding the opening, and rearwardly extending guide members extending rearward from said sidewalls and terminating at their ends into a cross-member. To secure the rigid frame to a wall the guide members including attached clamp arms are passed through a hole in the wall and the clamp arms are rotated to draw the clamp arms toward the rear surface of the wall while thereby forcing the front lip of the mounting apparatus against the front surface of the wall to secure it thereon. A rigid mounting plate is snap fit into the opening and includes a load arm adjustable within the mounting plate for angular adjustability of an attached device.

Movable wall panel system with electrical connections

A movable wall panel system induces a plurality of movable wall panels. A first electrical connector of one panel is automatically coupled to a second electrical connector of an adjacent panel as the panels are moved from a folded storage position to an extended use position to electrically couple the adjacent panels together automatically. At least one of the plurality of panels has an electrical receptacle coupled to its associated first and second electrical connectors to provide an electrical power outlet.

20200136363 · 2020-04-30 · ·

Disclosed herein are an electrical wiring structure with connection points arranged on side walls and a building construction method, which can improve convenience of electrical wiring construction and reduce electrical wiring materials. The electrical wiring structure includes a first power wire drawn out of a distribution box and disposed through a first conduit embedded in a concrete-made bottom base of an indoor space, a first joint box embedded at a predetermined height in a first side wall formed in the indoor space and electrically connected to the first power wire, a first light wire electrically connected to the first joint box, and a second joint box embedded at a predetermined height in a second side wall formed in the indoor space and electrically connected to the first joint box by a second power wire disposed through a second conduit embedded in the bottom base of the indoor space.

Container cabling systems and methods

An exemplary cabling system includes a plurality of containers. A first container of the plurality of containers defines a first plurality of openings. The system includes a plurality of bolts with a first bolt operable to insert into the first plurality of openings. The first bolt defines a first conduit operable to receive a first cable of a plurality of cables. An exemplary telecommunications central office includes a container with a plurality of walls defining an interior of the container and an exterior of the container, an opening, a vault entrance, and a plurality of cable runways. An exemplary method for arranging cables includes cutting a wall of a first and second container to create a first and second opening, inserting flanges of bolts into the openings, receiving with a pipe the flanges, and routing a cable through the first and second opening into an interior of the second container.

Temporary wiring portal assembly
10483739 · 2019-11-19 ·

A temporary wiring portal assembly includes a wall stud that has a lateral surface and a front surface, and drywall is positioned on the front surface. A junction box is removably fastened to the wall stud prior to installing drywall. The junction box has an input port and an output port, and a conductor is routed into the input port and out of the output port. A tube is removably coupled to the output port and the tube has a length of at least 10.0 cm. Thus, the tube extends outwardly beyond the front surface of the wall stud when the junction box is removably fastened to the wall stud. The tube requires the drywall be installed around the tube when the drywall is fastened to the front surface of the wall stud thereby inhibiting the conductor from being covered by the drywall. Moreover, the tube is removed from the output port when the drywall is installed thereby facilitating the conductor to be accessible for trim installation.
