STATOR FOR AN ELECTRICAL AXIAL FLUX MACHINE AND ELECTRIC AXIAL FLUX MACHINE

A stator for an electric axial flux machine, more particularly a stator for an axial flux machine designed as a prime mover for an electrically driven motor vehicle, which stator includes a stator body with a plurality of stator teeth distributed around the circumference and stator windings. At least one of the wound stator teeth is split, seen in the radial direction, into at least two stator part teeth, wherein the at least two stator part teeth are wound with a different number of turns of the stator winding.

ELECTRIC MOTOR

An electric motor includes: a rotor configured to be rotatable about a rotation axis and to which a fluid drive unit is fixed; a stator that is disposed inward of the rotor and includes claw pole stator units, the claw pole stator units each including a winding that is wound in an annular shape around the rotation axis and an iron core that surrounds the winding; a hole that is provided in one end portion of the rotor so as to penetrate from inside to outside of the rotor, the stator being provided in the inside and the fluid drive unit being fixed to the outside of the rotor; and an inflow path configured to cause a surrounding fluid to flow into inside of a stator unit, the stator unit being provided at one other end portion opposite to the one end portion in an axial direction.

A power tool is provided including a gear case having a spindle, a motor case connected to a rear end of the gear case along a longitudinal axis; a handle portion extending from a rear end of the motor case along the longitudinal axis; a motor housed inside the motor case; a fan in rotational connection with the motor; at least one air intake arranged at least one of the motor case or the handle portion near the rear end of the motor case; and a power module including power switches for driving the motor and a heat sink. The power module is housed in at least one of the motor case or the handle portion near the rear end of the motor case such that rotation of the fan causes air flow to enter through the air intake and flow near the heat sink and through the motor.

The transport device further includes at least one first and at least one second magnet group arranged on the at least one first transport unit. Each magnet group has a plurality of drive magnets with a different direction of magnetization arranged one behind the other in a specific arrangement direction with a specific pole pitch. The transport device further includes a first coil group having a first plurality of drive coils, and a second coil group having a second plurality of drive coils.

The stator core includes a plurality of stator core pieces each having one tooth and a yoke piece forming part of the back yoke. On an inside of the back yoke in a radial direction, adjacent ones of the stator core pieces directly contacting each other or indirectly contacting each other with a member, as an intervening part, interposed between the adjacent ones of the stator core pieces.

A flux machine includes a stator and a rotor. A set of electrical coil assemblies with side surfaces and sets of plural permanent magnets are arranged circularly on the stator and the rotor. Pole faces of the magnets are positioned adjacent to and spaced apart from side surfaces of permeable cores of the coil assemblies. In each coil assembly a pair of like pole faces of the magnets mutually face across the permeable core and a third magnet pole face faces transversely relative to the mutually facing pole faces of the pair of magnets.

The axial protruding height of the second coil end part from the second axial end face of the stator core is larger than the axial protruding height of the first coil end part from the first axial end face of the stator core. The first coil end part is located on the same axial side of the stator core as the transmission whereas the second coil end part is located on the opposite axial side of the stator core to the transmission.
