STATOR FOR ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE
A stator includes a stator core having slots, a stator coil comprised of three phase windings, phase busbars each electrically connecting a corresponding one of the phase windings to an inverter, and a neutral busbar star-connecting the phase windings to define a neutral point therebetween. In each of the slots of the stator core, there are arranged K in-slot portions of the phase windings of the stator coil in K layers so as to be radially aligned with each other, where K is an even number. The phase and neutral busbars are electrically connected with those in-slot portions of the phase windings of the stator coil which are arranged at the radially outermost layer or the radially innermost layer in the respective slots of the stator core so as to be circumferentially spaced from one another by M slot-pitches or more, where M is a slot multiplier number.

Linear vibration motor
A linear vibration motor is disclosed. A linear vibration motor includes a housing with an accommodation space, a main magnetic circuit system accommodated in the housing, and a plurality of elastic components each including a first elastic component and a second elastic component separated and opposite to each other. The first elastic component and the second elastic component are electrically connected with an exterior circuit. The motor further includes a vibration module suspended by the elastic components and including a weight connected to the elastic components and a voice coil connected to the elastic components. The voice coil is disposed around the main magnetic circuit system and comprises an inlet terminal electrically connected with the first elastic component and an outlet terminal electrically connected with the second elastic component.
STATOR HAVING HOUSING-INTEGRATED BUS BARS AND INTERNAL COOLING JACKET
An axial or radial flux electric motor or generator consisting of a housing, a stator assembly(s), and rotor(s) where the stator assembly and rotor are aligned with each other while allowing an air gap between the stator and rotor, with electromagnetic forces being applied between the two when the rotor rotates within the stator. Stator coils are connected by one or more conductive bus bars integrated into the motor housing where the stator coils are affixed to the bus bars to create individual stator phases. The stator assembly is enclosed within a cooling jacket where cooling channels flow a coolant media directly over the stator coils during operation. The flow of coolant is controlled by a set of permeable dividers that direct coolant over the surface area of the coil evenly.
Terminal assembly and motor including the same
A terminal assembly includes: a body part; and a first bus bar and a second bus bar, each of which is at least partially inserted into the body part. A first end section of two opposing end sections of the first bus bar with respect to a radial direction (R) of the body part is inserted into the body part. A second end section of two opposing end sections of the second bus bar with respect to the radial direction (R) of the body part is inserted into the body part. A direction in which the first end section extends intersects with a direction in which the second end section extends.
