Scroll compressor having axial fan and discharge brush
A scroll compressor includes a rotor, a stator, a rotary shaft, an end bracket, an orbiting scroll, a fixed scroll, a suction type cooling fan, and a discharge brush. The discharge brush is fixed to the end bracket facing the cooling fan by a fixing member attached in a radial direction relative to the rotary shaft, and one end of which is in contact with the rotary shaft, in a space secured by the clearance.

A motor assembly includes a rotation shaft, an impeller installed at one side of the rotation shaft, a rotor mounted at the other side of the rotation shaft to be spaced apart from the impeller along an axial direction of the rotation shaft, a stator surrounding an outer face of the rotor such that the stator is spaced apart from the rotor along a radial direction of the rotation shaft, a first bearing installed at the one side of the rotation shaft between the impeller and the rotor, and a second bearing installed at the other side of the rotation shaft, opposite to the first bearing with respect to the rotor, and disposed to be axially closer to the other end of the rotation shaft than the rotor. An outer diameter of the first bearing is larger than an outer diameter of the second bearing.
Motor assembly and method for manufacturing the same
A motor assembly includes a rolling bearing installed on a rotation shaft between an impeller and a rotor to support a first support of the rotation shaft, and a motor housing having a stator. The motor housing has a gas bearing bracket for accommodating a second support of the rotation shaft disposed at a side opposite to the first support with respect to the rotor. The motor assembly includes a gas bearing assembly in the gas bearing bracket to support rotation of the second support of the rotation shaft. The gas bearing assembly includes a gas bearing for surrounding the second support. The gas bearing is spaced apart from the second support of the rotation shaft to define a gap therebetween when the rotation shaft rotates. The gas bearing assembly includes an elastic member interposed between the gas bearing bracket and the gas bearing to elastically support the gas bearing.

A lead screw device includes: a lead screw; and a motor that rotates the lead screw, wherein the motor includes: a hollow shaft fitted onto a part of an outer circumference of the lead screw; and a rotor core fitted onto a part of the outer circumference of the hollow shaft.
COMBINED POWER SYSTEM
A rotary electric machine system of a combined power system includes a rotary electric machine, a rotary electric machine housing in which the rotary electric machine is accommodated, and a rotation parameter detector that detects a rotation parameter of a rotating shaft constituting the rotary electric machine. The rotating shaft includes a first end part and a second end part, a first bearing is provided between the first end part and the housing, and a second bearing is provided between the second end part and the housing. The first end part includes a protruding distal end that passes through the first bearing and protrudes to an exterior of the housing. The rotation parameter detector is disposed on the protruding distal end.

Brushless motor for a power tool
A brushless motor includes a stator and a rotor rotatably received within the stator, the rotor including a rotor shaft, a rotor body mounted on the rotor shaft and including axial slots, permanent magnets disposed within the axial slots, and a rotor end cap provided at an end of the rotor body to axially retain the permanent magnets within the slots. The rotor end cap includes an outer planar portion that is in contact with the end of the rotor body, and ribs angularly extending from the outer planar portion towards a center portion forming openings therebetween to allow passage of air between adjacent openings in thermal contact with the end of the rotor body.
Electric work machine
An electric work machine, such as a lawn mower includes a motor case (22) fixed inside a main-body housing (10). A brushless motor (21) is housed inside the motor case (22) and includes a stator (23) having a stator core (40), coils (45), and upper and lower insulators (42, 43), and a rotor (24) disposed inward of the stator (23) and having a rotary shaft (25). A spindle (17) is driven by the rotary shaft (25). The motor case (22) holds the stator (23) and axially supports the rotary shaft (25) via bearings (68, 76). One or more insulating members, such as an insulating cap (67) and/or a resin layer (78), provide electrical insulation between the stator core (40) and the rotary shaft (25).
Molded motor and air-conditioning outdoor unit
A molded motor 100 includes a molded stator formed by providing a molding resin to a stator, a rotor inside the molded stator, a pair of bearings supporting a rotor shaft of the rotor, and an insulating bracket fitted in an inner circumferential part of an opening formed at an axial end of the molded stator to surround and support an outer ring of the bearing with a concave part formed at a center, and formed of an insulating resin.
ELECTRIC MOTOR
An electrical motor includes a stator; a rotor attached to an output shaft and supported within the stator; a cylindrical case housing the stator and the rotor inside; ball bearings rotatably supporting the output shaft; and a second cover member closing an opening of the case, the ball bearing being attached to the second cover member. An outer ring of the ball bearing and the second cover member are integrally formed of resin material.
