A motor assembly includes a first bearing installed on a rotating shaft adjacent to an impeller to support a first support part of the rotating shaft, a second bearing installed on the rotating shaft adjacent to the rotor to support a second support part of the rotating shaft, a bearing bracket receiving the first and second bearings therein, an elastic member inserted between the first bearing and the bearing bracket or between the second bearing and the bearing bracket to press either the first bearing or the second bearing to get closer to each other, and a separation preventing member installed on the bearing bracket to fix the first bearing, the second bearing and the elastic member to an inner space of the bearing bracket such that at least one portion of the separation preventing member overlaps with one of the first bearing, the second bearing and the elastic member.
Motor Housing and Motor Including Same
The present invention provides a housing of a motor including a bearing pocket portion which is formed to protrude from an inner lower portion of the housing and in which an accommodation space of a bearing configured to support a shaft is formed and a shaft hole through which the shaft passes is formed in a bottom surface thereof, wherein the bearing pocket portion includes a stepped portion, the stepped portion protrudes upward along a circumference of the shaft hole, and an accommodation groove is formed between the stepped portion and an inner wall of the bearing pocket portion, thereby providing an advantageous effect of preventing foreign materials discharged from the housing of the motor, the wave washer, the bearing, and the like from exiting through the shaft hole.
Molded motor and air-conditioning outdoor unit
A molded motor 100 includes a molded stator formed by providing a molding resin to a stator, a rotor inside the molded stator, a pair of bearings supporting a rotor shaft of the rotor, and an insulating bracket fitted in an inner circumferential part of an opening formed at an axial end of the molded stator to surround and support an outer ring of the bearing with a concave part formed at a center, and formed of an insulating resin.
RADIAL FLUX ELECTRICAL MACHINES
A radial flux electrical machine is disclosed. The machine comprises a body of the stator having a body that defines a longitudinal axis a substantially cylindrical inner surface and an inner volume, and having a plurality of electromagnetic elements, each of which includes a stator core of ferromagnetic material and a winding of electrically conductive material located around at least part of the stator core of the electromagnetic element, the electromagnetic elements being arranged around the inner surface of the stator, and operable to induce a magnetic flux field in a radial direction in the inner volume of the stator, and a rotor located within the inner volume of the stator, and rotatable with respect to the stator. The inner surface of the body of the stator and the electromagnetic elements of the stator define cooperating engagement features of shape that serve to prevent relative rotation between the body of the stator and the electro-magnetic elements, and which allow relative longitudinal movement between the body of the stator and the electromagnetic elements.
Stator device for motor and method for manufacturing the same
A stator device for a motor including a shaft includes two spaced-apart base seats, a stator and a gel body. Each of the base seats includes a base member and a bearing receiving groove open away from the other one of the base seats along the axis. The base member is formed with an axial hole extending along an axis of the shaft through the base member and permitting the shaft to extend therethrough. The stator is disposed around the shaft and between the base members, and includes a core and a coil disposed around the core. The gel body is attached to and disposed around at least a portion of the stator, and is attached to one of the base seats so as to position the stator relative to the one of the base seats.
FAN DEVICE
A fan device includes a frame, a stability maintenance assembly, a shaft, an impeller, and a driving assembly. The frame includes a base and a bearing seat protruding from the base and having an accommodation space. The stability maintenance assembly is disposed in the accommodation space and includes a bearing and a magnet arranged coaxially. The bearing is located above the magnet and magnetized by the magnet. The shaft is disposed through the magnet and the bearing. The impeller is fixed to the shaft so as to be rotatable relative to the frame via the shaft and the bearing. The driving assembly includes a stator and a rotor. The stator is sleeved on the bearing seat of the frame, the rotor is mounted on the impeller and surrounds the stator, and the driving assembly is configured to drive the impeller to rotate relative to the frame.
Motor generator
The present invention provides a motor generator, and the motor generator comprises a permeability structure, a bearing, a hollow rotating shaft, a ringed clip and a rotatable guiding structure. The permeability structure comprises a primary permeability unit and a secondary permeability unit wherein the second permeability unit is stacked with the first permeability unit along an axial air-gap to form a symmetrical structure having a hollow shaft. The bearing is disposed inside the hollow shaft of the permeability structure. The hollow rotating shaft is passed through the hollow shaft of the permeability structure and disposed at another side of the bearing with respect to the permeability structure. The ringed clip is used for fixing the bearing and the hollow rotating shaft. The rotatable guiding structure is disposed inside the hollow rotating shaft for providing power source and transmitting signals.
MOTOR AND FAN
A motor and a fan are provided. The motor has a stator assembly, two mutually independent rotor assemblies, and two mutually independent rotating shaft assemblies. The stator assembly has a stator core and two groups of mutually independent windings. The rotor assemblies are oppositely and coaxially arranged on two axial sides of the stator assembly and form an axial air gap with the stator assembly. The two rotor assemblies are configured to rotate independently. The two mutually independent rotating shaft assemblies are coaxially connected with the two rotor assemblies, respectively, and protrude in a direction of the same side away from the stator core along the axial direction of the motor.
