Motor of a ceiling fan

A motor of a ceiling fan includes: a shaft having two shoulder surfaces facing in opposite axial directions of the shaft, with the shaft coupling with a stator; and a bearing sleeve receiving two bearings for supporting the shaft, with an annular flange formed at an end of the bearing sleeve. The annular flange and one of the shoulder surfaces of the shaft clamp and position one of the bearings. A rotor has a housing coupling with the bearing sleeve, with the housing having a connecting portion. The connecting portion and the other one of the shoulder surfaces of the shaft clamp and position the other one of the bearings.

Fluid dynamic bearing, motor, and optical deflector

Provided are a fluid dynamic bearing, a motor, and an optical deflector, for which a fixed shaft can be attached with little axial eccentricity. The bearing (10) is equipped with a fixed shaft (11), a sleeve (20) provided so as to be capable of rotating around the fixed shaft (11), dynamic pressure generating sections (22, 23) provided in the sleeve (20), and a lower case (30) for securing the lower end (11a) of the fixed shaft (11). In addition, the bearing is equipped with a retaining case (40), which has a chuck (52) that retains the upper end (11b) of the fixed shaft (11) secured by the lower case (30), and which can be secured to the lower case (30) in a state that does not generate pressure causing the axial center of the fixed shaft (11) to move.

A rotating portion of a spindle motor includes a rotor magnet, a circular plate portion, and an annular raised portion that projects downward from the circular plate portion. A stationary portion includes a stator, a base portion, and an annular recessed portion configured to accommodate the raised portion. The raised portion includes an inner circumferential surface and an outer circumferential surface. The inner circumferential surface is positioned radially opposite a first side surface of the recessed portion with a first minute gap intervening therebetween. The outer circumferential surface is positioned radially opposite a second side surface of the recessed portion with a second minute gap intervening therebetween. The first minute gap has an axial dimension greater than an axial dimension of a seal portion.

FLUID DYNAMIC BEARING, MOTOR, AND OPTICAL DEFLECTOR

Provided are a fluid dynamic bearing, a motor, and an optical deflector, for which a fixed shaft can be attached with little axial eccentricity. Provided is a driving motor having a slim BLDC motor vertically mounted in a housing and a swivel actuator using same. The swivel actuator has an annular stator arranged on the bottom of the housing and a rotor arranged therein and having a worm gear integrally formed on the upper side thereof. A worm wheel of a power transmission shaft forming a gear train is gear-engaged with the worm gear of the rotor, a worm gear formed on the other end of the power transmission shaft is coupled to a worm wheel located at the lower end of a pinion gear unit, and a pinion gear located at the upper end of the pinion gear unit is coupled to a ring gear formed inside a lateral surface portion of a rotating table, so as to rotate the rotating table to which a passive object is fixed.
