Hybrid module

A hybrid module includes a housing, an annular stator, first and second annular rotors, and a first bearing. The housing is arranged for fixing to a combustion engine and a multi-speed transmission of a vehicle. The annular stator is fixed to the housing. The first annular rotor is disposed on a first axial side of the stator. The second annular rotor is disposed on a second axial side of the stator, opposite the first axial side. The first bearing is installed between the first annular rotor or the second annular rotor, and the annular stator. In an example embodiment, the first annular rotor or the second annular rotor includes an annular magnet. In an example embodiment, the first annular rotor is fixed to the second annular rotor.

An electric actuator includes a motor including a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator, a deceleration mechanism connected to the motor shaft, an output shaft, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a deceleration mechanism case. The first bearing is fitted on an eccentric axis part of the motor shaft. The deceleration mechanism includes an internal gear in a ring shape, an external gear connected to the eccentric axis part, and an output flange part which transmits rotation of the external gear around the central axis to the output shaft. The deceleration mechanism case includes a case body and a cup member. The cup member includes a first cylinder part to which the internal gear is fitted on the radial-direction inner side, and a second cylinder part to which the second bearing is fitted on the radial-direction inner side.

The coil spar comprises one or more coil assemblies and is positioned concentrically within the hollow rotatable shaft. Each of the magnet portions is shaped to conform to a radially inwardly facing surface of the shaft. Each of the plurality of magnet portions abuts conformally against the radially inwardly facing surface of the shaft between the radially inwardly facing surface and the or each coil assembly.

Hollow motor apparatuses and associated systems and methods for manufacturing hollow motor apparatuses may be provided. In one implementation, a hollow motor apparatus may include a rotor assembly rotatable about a rotation axis, a stator assembly positioned adjacent to, and coaxially with, the rotor assembly, and a bearing assembly configured to maintain a position of the rotor assembly relative to the stator assembly. The rotor assembly may include an inner portion disposed around an opening configured to receive and to rotate at least a portion of a payload. The bearing assembly may be disposed outside of the inner portion of the rotor assembly.
