A vehicle power system may include a vehicle power device configured to provide an output voltage, a first high voltage device, a second high voltage device, an electric motor coupled to the vehicle power device, and a dual drive assembly coupled to a drive shaft of the electric motor and configured to drive the first and second high voltage devices.
Pulley Assisted Electromagnetic Water Pump
An electrically and mechanically driven automotive accessory including a housing, an electric motor, a pulley, and a pulley assist mechanism. The electric motor comprises a stator assembly that is mounted to the housing and a rotor assembly that is mounted to a shaft. The electric motor creates a primary torque flow path that drives rotation of the rotor assembly relative to the stator assembly. The pulley is rotatable relative to the shaft and the rotor assembly. The pulley assist mechanism includes a plurality of claw-pole structures that are arranged circumferentially about the rotor assembly and an electromagnet that is configured to induce a magnetic field between the claw-pole structures and the pulley, which creates a secondary torque flow path between the pulley and the rotor assembly.
ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
Provided is a rotating electric machine, including: a rotary shaft rotatably supported by a front bearing and a rear bearing; a field core firmly fixed to the rotary shaft; and a pulley fitted over the rotary shaft on one end side so as to be rotatable integrally with the rotary shaft. In the rotating electric machine, the pulley, the front bearing, and the field core are arranged in a stated order from the one end side of the rotary shaft toward another end side of the rotary shaft. The pulley is fastened to the rotary shaft with use of a male thread formed on the one end side of the rotary shaft and a nut to be mounted to the male thread. The rotary shaft has a flange portion, which projects radially outward, and is arranged to a position between the front bearing and the field core in an axial direction of the rotary shaft.
Claw pole having shaped claw pole segments
A claw pole member for an electric machine including a plurality of claw pole segments. Each of the plurality of claw pole segments includes a radial projecting member, an axial outer surface extending to a cantilevered end portion, and an axial inner surface extending axially outwardly of the radial projecting member to a cantilevered end section. A first side surface extends between the axial outer surface and the axial inner surface from the radial projecting member to the cantilevered end portion and the cantilevered end section, and a second side surface extends between the axial outer surface and the axial inner surface from the radial projecting member to the cantilevered end portion and the cantilevered end section. The first and second side surfaces define a taper of the claw pole segment. Each of the first and second side surfaces includes a recessed portion that extends into the claw pole segment.
Generator system utilizing transportation weights and propulsion on roads
A generator system may include a belt configured to support a transportation load. The belt may be located between a first road segment and a second road segment of a road, wherein movement of the belt may generate motive power. The generator system may also include a generator operatively connected to the belt and configured to convert at least a portion of the motive power into electric energy. The generator system may further include an automatic transmission box configured to translate the at least a portion of the motive power to the generator.
DEVICE FOR USE IN GENERATING ELECTRIC POWER AND BRAKING, KIT AND BRAKE UNIT OF SAME
A device for use in generating electric power and braking, a kit and a brake unit of the same are provided. A brake body in the brake unit includes a plurality of brake blocks. The brake unit has an electromagnetic air gap which is adjustable and controllable in high precision. Therefore, the tolerance of the electromagnetic air gap between the brake unit and the wheel is made small, even without increasing the machining precision and costs of the brake unit, thereby enhancing resistance precision.
CLEANER
A cleaner capable of adjusting tension of a belt to connect or disconnect power between a motor and a wheel in the cleaner including the belt transmitting a driving force of the motor to the wheel is provided. A cleaner according to the present disclosure includes a cleaner body, a wheel which movably supports the cleaner body with respect to a floor, a traveling drive motor which is disposed in the cleaner body, a first pulley which is rotated by a driving force of the traveling drive motor, a second pulley which is rotated when the first pulley rotates and rotates the wheel, a belt which connects the first pulley and the second pulley, and a clutch which adjusts tension of the belt to connect or disconnect power between the first pulley and the second pulley.
ELECTRIC CIRCULATORY LEVERAGE DRIVE METHOD AND APPARATUS
An electric circulatory leverage drive method and apparatus to replace industrial motors in a variety of applications. The invention includes a hubless magnetic gyroscope that creates leveraged rotational torque/horsepower from its perimeter, that is propelled by a circulatory field double helix coil assembly located proximate to the magnetic gyroscope, and that produce both phasing electromagnetic energy in one of its two strands while the second strand returns the unused portion of the electromagnetic fields to the power source as electricity to increase overall efficiency. Connected to the hubless gyroscope is a means to transfer rotation from the gyroscope to the end use. The present invention is capable of replacing conventional electric motors with a more efficient, compact and lightweight alternative.
