ROTOR, MOTOR, FAN, AND AIR CONDITIONER
A rotor includes a rotor core having an outer circumference extending in a circumferential direction about an axis and having magnet insertion holes, and permanent magnets disposed in the magnet insertion holes. The permanent magnet constitutes a magnet magnetic pole, and a part of the rotor core constitutes a virtual magnetic pole. The width of the virtual magnetic pole in the circumferential direction is narrower than the width of the permanent magnet in the circumferential direction. The rotor core has at least one slit at the virtual magnetic pole.

ELECTRIC MOTOR
An electric motor for reciprocating an object along a rod having a predetermined length is provided, comprising: a housing; a rotor unit that is mounted to the inside of the housing via a bearing to be rotatable and comprises a rotor shaft, which is axially-coupled to the rod to linearly reciprocate along the rod during rotation, and a plurality of magnets mounted along the circumference direction of the rotor shaft; and a stator unit comprising at least one stator core and a coil, the at least one stator core comprising a yoke portion of a closed loop shape that is built in the housing so as to surround the circumference of the rotor unit, and a plurality of slot portions extending from the yoke portion toward the rotor, and the coil being wound around at least one slot portion among the plurality of slot portions.
Single-Phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and Dust Collector
A single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and dust collector. The single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor includes a plurality of stator teeth, the plurality of stator teeth include at least: a first-type and second-type stator tooth; the first-type and second-type stator teeth enclose an annular working cavity for accommodating a rotor part, where the size of a central angle corresponding to a first contour line of an end face of the first-type stator tooth facing the rotor part is different from the size of a central angle corresponding to a second contour line of an end face of the second-type stator tooth facing the rotor part The motor has a significantly reduced cogging torque, a greatly reduced torque ripple, and an obviously increased motor output torque. The single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor is small in size, light in weight, simple in structure, convenient for large-scale manufacture and low in manufacturing cost.
MOTOR
The motor comprises: a stator around which coils are wound and which forms a rotating magnetic field rotating a rotor; and a first motor case housing the stator. The stator has: a core body portion forming an annular magnetic path; and a fastening portion projecting outside in the radial direction from the outer circumferential surface of the core body portion. The fastening portion has an attachment hole which is formed in a penetrating manner along the rotating axis line direction of the rotor and into which a fastening screw for fixing the stator to the first motor case is inserted. The first motor case has: first to third core receiving portions receiving an end portion of the core body portion in the rotating axis line direction; and first and second fastener receiving portions receiving an end portion of the fastening portion in the rotating axis line direction.

MOTOR
The present invention may provide a motor including a shaft, a rotor coupled to the shaft, and a stator disposed to correspond to the rotor, wherein the stator includes a yoke and a tooth protruding from the yoke, the tooth includes a first surface, a plurality of second surfaces, and a plurality of third surfaces which are opposite to the rotor, the second surface is disposed between the first surface and the third surfaces to have predetermined gaps therebetween in a radial direction from the shaft, and a shortest distance from the shaft to the first surface is shorter than a shortest distance from the shaft to the third surface.
SPOKED ROTOR HAVING DEFLECTABLE MAGNET-RETAINING SPOKES
A rotor includes magnets and a core including arcuately arranged pole segments. Each pole segment includes first and second prongs that extend away from the rotor axis and are at least in part arcuately spaced apart to define a cutout therebetween. Each pair of arcuately adjacent pole segments defines therebetween a respective magnet-receiving slot, with the first prong of one of the pole segments and the second prong of the other of the pole segments defining the slot. The magnets are received in slots, such that each of the magnets is at least in part interposed between one of the pairs of adjacent pole segments. The magnets and the pole segments are dimensioned and configured so that at least one of the first and second prongs is deflected by the magnet received in the respective slot, such that the prongs cooperatively apply a clamping force on the magnet.
