Motor drive control device
A motor drive control device is a device which drives and controls a permanent magnet synchronous motor in which each phase is independently controlled, and includes a 0-axis current calculation unit which calculates and outputs a 0-axis current i.sub.z on the basis of a motor current; a 0-axis current determination unit which compares and determines a reference 0-axis current value i.sub.zs, which is the 0-axis current value when the temperature of a permanent magnet provided in the permanent magnet synchronous motor is a reference temperature with the calculated 0-axis current i.sub.z; and a switching signal generation unit which drives and controls inverters on the basis of the result of comparison determination of the 0-axis current determination unit.
Irrigation motor and gearbox temperature monitoring and control system
A control system for monitoring a motor and wheel drive gearbox of an irrigation system drive train. The control system includes a motor sensor for sensing an operating state of the motor and a gearbox sensor for sensing an operating state of the wheel drive gearbox. If the motor operating state exceeds a motor operating state threshold or changes too quickly, or if the wheel drive gearbox operating state exceeds a wheel drive gearbox operating state threshold or changes too quickly, the control system operates the drive train at a reduced capacity or in a modified mode such that the operating state is not exceeded or does not change too quickly.
Rotor temperature monitoring method and system for permanent magnet synchronous motor
A rotor temperature monitoring method and system for a permanent magnet synchronous motor are provided. According to the method and system, an a-phase line current and a b-phase line current of a stator of a permanent magnet synchronous motor are obtained as a first line current and a second line current; further, a line voltage between the a-phase and the b-phase of the stator is obtained and a rotating speed of the rotor of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is obtained; and then, the first line current, the second line current, the line voltage, the rotating speed of the rotor, an inductance parameter of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and a temperature characteristic equation of a permanent magnet of the rotor are substituted into a preset rotor permanent magnet temperature expression to calculate and obtain the temperature of the rotor.
Control device for actuator, actuator, valve driving device and control method for actuator
A position sensor mounted in an actuator includes a magnetic detecting element for detecting the position of a shaft, and a temperature detecting element for detecting intra-sensor temperature which is used for correction of the temperature characteristics of the magnetic detecting element, the magnetic detecting element and the temperature detecting element being built therein. A control device for the actuator acquires both the temperature-corrected position of the shaft and the intra-sensor temperature from the position sensor, and uses them for control of the actuator.

In an example embodiment, a controller includes a memory having computer-readable instructions stored therein and a processor. The processor is configured to execute the computer-readable instructions to determine a first set of inductance values for at least one load machine and second set of inductance values for a generator machine, determine a first set of gains for the at least one load machine based on the first set of inductance values and a regulator bandwidth, determine a second set of gains for the generator machine based on the second set of inductance values and the regulator bandwidth, and generate voltage commands for driving the at least one load machine and the generator machine based on at least the first and second sets of gains.
MOTOR MODULE, MOTOR CONTROLLER, TEMPERATURE INFERRING DEVICE, AND TEMPERATURE INFERENCE METHOD
A method to infer a temperature of windings in a stator of an electric motor includes repeating processing to infer electric resistance and temperature of the windings. The processing includes calculating a tentative electric resistance of the windings according to an equation that defines a relationship between electric resistance and a group of parameters; calculating a resistance difference between the tentative electric resistance and electric resistance inferred last time; detecting a change in a load state according to the parameters; inferring the electric resistance by adding the integrated value of calculated resistance differences to the initial value of the inferred electric resistance; and inferring the temperature of the windings according to the inferred electric resistance. In the inferring the electric resistance, a resistance difference calculated when a change in the load state is detected is excluded from the integrated value.
METHOD AND CONTROL DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING AN ACTIVE SHORT CIRCUIT IN AN ELECTRIC MACHINE WITH PERMANENT MAGNET EXCITATION
A method for controlling an active short circuit in a permanent magnet excited electric machine, the method including checking if an activating of the active short circuit is requested, registering at least one further state parameter of the electric machine, determining, if the active short circuit is requested in the step of checking, if the at least one further state parameter has a critical value, and controlling the activating of the active short circuit as a function of the determining by sending a control signal to a device for short circuiting.
POWER CONVERSION DEVICE
A loss in each of a converter, an inverter, and a motor changes according to operation based on the rotation speed of the motor or the like. Thus, in order to efficiently perform operation, appropriate control needs to be performed according to the voltage of a DC power supply and operation of the motor. The present disclosure is characterized by including a controller which controls a switching element of a converter according to the torque and the rotation speed of a motor on the basis of a loss in at least one of the motor, an inverter, and the converter.
