Very narrowband and wideband negative resistance amplifiers with a tuneable center frequency
A negative resistance amplifier including a negative resistance network where the negative resistance network may be any known circuit element characterized by a negative ratio of the voltage a between its output terminals and to the current flowing through the element: a reactance network resonant at the center frequency of the amplifier where the reactive network may contain a varactor for tuning of the resonant frequency of the reactance network: and a circulator whose port 1 is the input terminal of the amplifier, whose port 3 is the output port of the amplifier and whose port 2 is connected to the combination of the negative resistance network and the reactance network.
Multiplexer
A multiplexer includes a first filter circuit including a pass band that is a first frequency band, a second filter circuit including a pass band that is a second frequency band, and an additional circuit. The first filter circuit includes a first terminal connected to a common terminal and a second terminal connected to a first input/output terminal. The second filter circuit includes a third terminal connected to the common terminal and a fourth terminal connected to a second input/output terminal. The additional circuit is connected to the fourth terminal and one of the first and second terminals and includes a series-arm circuit on a series-arm path connecting the fourth terminal to the one of the terminals and a parallel-arm circuit on a parallel-arm path connecting the series-arm path to the ground. The parallel-arm circuit includes only an inductor, a capacitor, or an LC parallel-arm resonant circuit in series with the parallel-arm path.
Electronic device
An inductor bridge is provided with a flexible flat plate-shaped element body, a first connector, and a second connector. The element body includes therein an inductor portion. The inductor portion is configured by a spiral conductor pattern. The first connector is provided on the element body and is connected to a first circuit. The second connector is provided on the element body and is connected to a second circuit.
INTEGRATED SWITCH MODE POWER SUPPLY DEVICE
The invention describes an integrated switch mode power supply device comprising a switch mode regulator having a switching circuit coupled to an input voltage source to generate an output voltage from the input voltage and the switching circuit comprises at least two wide bandgap switches. An Nth order filter circuit is coupled to the switch mode regulator and configured to filter the output voltage to provide a supply voltage to a load, where N is greater than the integer two wherein the filter circuit comprises a LC or RC low pass filter comprising a plurality of LC or RC filter stages having a first filter stage and a last filter stage.
Multilayer LC filter
A multilayer body includes a first inductor and a second inductor provided in a first planar region, and a third inductor and a fourth inductor provided in a second planar region when viewed in a lamination direction of dielectric layers of the multilayer body. When the multilayer body is viewed in a direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the lamination direction of the dielectric layers, the first inductor and the fourth inductor are provided in a first thickness region, and the second inductor and the third inductor are provided in a second thickness region.
Filter and method of designing an RF filter
A filter and a method for forming a filter are disclosed. In an embodiment a filter includes a first port, a second port and a signal path between the first port and the second port. The filter further includes a plurality of series resonators electrically connected in series in the signal path, a plurality of shunt paths, each electrically connecting the signal path to ground and one parallel resonator electrically connected in each shunt path, wherein at least one series resonator is an electroacoustic resonator, and wherein at least one parallel resonator comprises one acoustically inactive capacitor or an electrical connection of an acoustically active resonator and a de-tuning coil.
System and method for a radio frequency filter
In accordance with an embodiment, a method of operating an RF system includes filtering a wideband RF signal using an adjustable center frequency bandpass filter to produce a filtered RF signal; amplifying the filtered RF signal to produce an amplified RF signal; and band stop filtering the amplified RF signal to produce a band stopped RF signal.
FILTER CIRCUIT
A filter circuit includes a pass band filter portion configured to pass signals in a first frequency spectrum and attenuate or block signals in a second frequency spectrum. The first frequency spectrum and the second frequency spectrum do not overlap. The pass band filter portion is configured to cause a return loss of more than 10 decibels (dB) in the first frequency spectrum.
Filter circuit
A filter circuit includes a pass band filter and a multipath interference mitigation leg. The pass band filter is disposed along a signal path between a provider-side port and a user-side port. The pass band filter is configured to pass a provider bandwidth signal received at the provider-side port and block at least a portion of a home network bandwidth signal received at the user-side port. A frequency spectrum of the home network bandwidth signal is distinct from, and higher than, a frequency spectrum of the provider bandwidth signal. The multipath interference mitigation leg is operatively branched to ground from the signal path. The multipath interference mitigation leg is configured to increase a return loss in the home network bandwidth signal.
LC FILTER ARRANGEMENT AND ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING SUCH AN LC FILTER ARRANGEMENT
An LC filter arrangement includes a filter capacitor that connects the first output terminal to the second output terminal, a magnetic core, and a choke having a plurality of turns surrounding the magnetic core, and a first choke terminal and a second choke terminal. Each of the turns is formed by a separate conductor segment, at least partially surrounding the magnetic core. The LC filter arrangement is mounted on a circuit board and is electrically connected to a conductor track of the circuit board.
