Image-based puzzle and a method of making thereof
A puzzle comprising a set of puzzle pieces and a puzzle assembly surface having a puzzle assembly image printed thereon, the image includes blank areas corresponding to sections of a source image and background puzzle image corresponding to complementary sections of the source image. Each of the puzzles has an image printed on it that corresponds to a particular region of the source image. Shape and size of the puzzle pieces and the images printed on them are such that, when each puzzle piece is placed on the puzzle assembly surface in a particular position with a particular orientation covering a particular blank areas and a portion of the background puzzle image directly surrounding the blank area, a region of the background puzzle image that remains uncovered by the puzzle piece is complementary to the image printed thereon. Thereby, when all puzzle pieces are placed on the puzzle assembly surface in their corresponding positions with corresponding orientations, each covering corresponding blank area, the images printed on the puzzle pieces together with the regions of the background puzzle image that are left uncovered by the puzzle pieces form an image that is generally identical to the source image.
Rotating Assembly and Movable Puzzle Platform Using the Same
A rotating assembly includes: a first moving member; a second moving member, movably connected to the first moving member; and a plurality of ball bearings, rotatably disposed between the first moving member and the second moving member to enable the second moving member to rotate relative to the first moving member. The first moving member comprises: a first middle portion; an inclination portion extending downwardly from a periphery of the middle portion; a first projecting portion extending upwardly from a periphery of the inclination portion; and an edge portion that is extending from a periphery of the first projecting portion and is extending away from the first middle portion. In a thickness direction of the rotating assembly, a distance from the first middle portion to the ball bearings is larger than a distance from an upper surface of the first projecting portion to the ball bearings.
Puzzle with attachable and releasable pieces
The puzzle with attachable and releasable pieces includes shaped puzzle pieces and a two-part base, which includes a front base section and a back baseplate. The puzzle pieces have rear-facing engaging mechanisms that are attachable to forward-facing male studs carried by the back baseplate. The puzzle pieces each have a particular outer shape determining placement. The puzzle may be stored with the puzzle pieces engaged to the back baseplate, but may be later released for repeat play by using a provided puzzle release mechanism.
TILE TRAY
This disclosure relates to a tile tray configured to facilitate manipulation of tiles. More specifically, the disclosed tile tray includes at least one cell including a bottom, at least one side abutting the bottom and extending upward therefrom, a node extending upward from the bottom and having a flat top surface, and a channel between the node and the at least one side. A tile positioned atop the top surface of the node may be manipulated by pressing a portion of the tile into the channel, thereby raising the opposite portion of the tile, the node serving as a fulcrum. The portion pressed into the channel may be moved along the channel, thereby rotating the tile, or the raised opposite portion may be grasped by a user to flip or move the tile.

NOVEL JIGSAW PUZZLE TRAY AND JIGSAW PUZZLE RACK THEREOF
The present disclosure discloses a novel jigsaw puzzle tray and a jigsaw puzzle rack thereof. The jigsaw puzzle tray includes: a seat body and a tray body, wherein a rotation connection portion is arranged between the seat body and the tray body, and the rotation connection portion is used for a circumferential rotation of the tray body to facilitate jigsaw puzzles in different orientations; a plurality of drawer assemblies that are arranged on a side wall of the tray body, drawable, and in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of jigsaw puzzle areas, wherein the plurality of drawer assemblies are used for classification placement of jigsaw blocks; and a plurality of light prompt assemblies that are arranged at a bottom of the tray body, wherein the plurality of light prompt assemblies divide the tray body into the plurality of jigsaw puzzle areas. In the present disclosure, through the arrangement of the drawer assemblies, partition placement of different classes of jigsaw blocks is realized. At the same time, through the arrangement of the light prompt assemblies, different needs of different users on the difficulty of a jigsaw puzzle may be met. In addition, rotation mounting of the tray body and the seat body further facilitates the jigsaw puzzle for the users.
Puzzle Platform
A puzzle platform includes a puzzle plate, an upper part detachably connected to the puzzle plate to form a workspace for placing a plurality of puzzle pieces, a reinforcing assembly supporting the puzzle plate for forming a receiving space cooperatively with the puzzle board, at least two puzzle drawers retained in the receiving space, and a complementary conformation provided between the upper part and the puzzle plate for fixing the upper part on the puzzle plate. The upper part and the reinforcing assembly are positioned on opposite sides of the puzzle plate and the reinforcing assembly is integral with the puzzle plate as a whole, simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing costs.
PUZZLE WITH CONDUCTIVE PATH
System and method for additional amusement, entertaining and surprising visual or audible reward provided upon completing the reconstructing of a two-dimensional or three-dimensional jigsaw puzzle. The puzzle pieces include conductive pads connected by a conductor such as a wire, a metallic strip or a conductive paint, so that upon assembling the puzzle, the pads are in contact to form a continuous conductive path. The frame or the puzzle pieces include a battery (or an AC adapter) and a visual or audible signaling device operating upon sensing the continuity of the conductive path. Each of the puzzle pieces may include three or more conductive pads, allowing for the forming of two or more isolated or connected distinct conductive paths. The conductive path can further affect a time measurement and its related display for timing the puzzle solving.
Puzzle Platform
A puzzle platform includes: a puzzle plate, having: a playing portion for carrying puzzle pieces; and a fixing portion; a base plate; and a support assembly, configured to mount and support the puzzle plate and the base plate. The support assembly includes a first extending member and a second extending member that is substantially parallel to and is spaced apart from the first extending member; each of the first extending member and the second extending member comprises a first fixing slot and a second fixing slot; the first fixing slot and the second fixing slot are substantially parallel to each other and are spaced apart from each other; the fixing portion of the puzzle plate is fixedly received in the first fixing slot, and an edge of the base plate is fixedly received in the second fixing slot.
Rotating Assembly and Jigsaw Puzzle Table
A rotating assembly and a jigsaw puzzle table using the rotating assembly are disclosed in present disclosure. The jigsaw puzzle table includes a puzzle board, the rotating assembly comprising a first moving member and a second moving member rotatably coupled to the first moving member and attached to the puzzle board for driving the puzzle board to rotate relative to the first moving member, and a supporting assembly coupled with the first moving member of the rotating assembly for supporting the puzzle board and the rotating assembly. The puzzle board is capable of being rotated on the supporting assembly through a rotational movement of the rotating assembly.
