Invalidating network devices with illicit peripherals
A system and method for passively validating network game users is provided. Data indicative of game behavior and actions at one or more nodes interacting with a network game in a network game community are monitored. The data is evaluated to determine whether the one or more nodes are adhering to one or more rules associated with the network game. Data indicative of illicit game behavior may trigger various responses including invalidation of the node engaged in the illicit behavior. Alternatively, a query may be generated to further identify the nature and/or actual existence of illicit behavior at the node. Monitoring of game data may occur at a server, a peer, as part of a peer group or combinations thereof, which may be based on routine schedule or part of constant game behavior monitoring.
Directional beam steering system and method to detect location and motion
A method of communicating data between a game console unit and at least one wireless mobile game controller is disclosed. The method includes establishing an uplink from the at least one mobile game controller to the game console unit via a first millimeter-wave wireless link, and establishing a downlink from the game console unit to the at least one wireless mobile game controller via a second millimeter wave wireless link.
Vibrating footwear device and entertainment system for use therewith
A footwear device for enhancing an entertainment experience in accordance with an embodiment of the present application includes a first actuator mounted in the footwear device and operable to impart a vibration to the footwear device based on an indication of reproduced sound included in the entertainment experience. A vibration signal is provided to drive the vibration of the footwear device and may be based on reproduced audible information and/or enhanced information optimized to maximize vibration. The present application also relates to an entertainment system for use with the vibrating footwear device.

A key operating device according to various embodiments of the disclosure includes: first and second operating portions movable in a sliding manner in directions being away from or close to each other while maintaining a state of being parallel with each other; a seating portion disposed in an overlapping manner between the first and second operating portions while maintaining a state of being parallel with each of the first and second operating portions, and disposed to be parallel between the first and second operating portions by moving downward depending on a sliding movement of the first and second operating portions; and at least one connecting device which connects each of the first and second operating portions and the seating portion, wherein the seating portion is restricted in a downward movement when in a state of overlapping with each of the first and second operating portions, and is rotatable by means of the connecting device and thus is movable downward when it is no longer in the state of overlapping with each of the first and second operating portions.
Glasses case and system
A glasses case for a pair of glasses that in turn includes an integral display, the glasses case including a housing, where the housing encloses a volume in which the glasses are to be stored; and a battery operably coupled to a power access unit from which the glasses, when stored in the housing volume, can draw power; and where the housing of the glasses case includes, on the outer portion thereof, user control inputs laid out in a configuration similar to, and operational as, a conventional handheld videogame controller, and adapted to provide inputs to a computing system driving the integral display of the glasses.
Video game controller
A video game controller can automatically operate as a video game controller with audio capability and a video game controller without audio capability based upon a signal received via a switch in communication with an audio jack of the video game controller when a headset is coupled to the audio jack. Connection of the headset to the controller automatically causes video game audio to be communicated from the video game console to the headset via the controller. The video game audio is communicated at a default volume level to the headset upon coupling of the headset to the video game controller. The volume level of the audio communicated to the headset can be adjustable up or down via a directional pad of the video game controller while an audio control button on the video game controller is pressed.

A sensor system includes an airbag engaged with the sole structure of an article of footwear, the airbag configured to compress and expand during use of the article of footwear, a force sensor engaged with the airbag and configured to detect force on the airbag based on changes in capacitance as the airbag compresses and expands, a port connected to the article of footwear and configured for communication with an electronic module, and one or more conductive leads extending from the force sensor to the port to place the force sensor in communication with the port. The system may be used with an article of footwear including an upper member at least partially defining a foot-receiving chamber and a sole structure engaged with the upper member.

Ergonomically correct game controller
A hand operated game controller for controlling a game console. Multiple push buttons are arranged on the surface of the game controller. The push buttons are placed in an arrangement that approximately matches the natural position of the fingers of the user's hands. As the user presses the buttons, control signals are sent from the buttons to the game console via wiring.
DUAL RADIO GAMING HEADSET
A gaming machine having an audio channel outputting game sound and an audio channel intaking microphone sound and outputting chat sound is coupled with a headset having earpieces and a microphone and a Bluetooth transceiver in the headset for sending and receiving the microphone and chat sounds. A radio receiver or wired connection in the headset receives the game sounds. Circuitry in the headset is connected between the transceiver and receiver for mixing the microphone, chat, and game sounds and feeding them all to the earpieces.
