A method includes the following: creating trunk status data for each user account, in response to detecting a plurality of concurrent access sessions relating to a single user account, creating respective branch status data for each access session; updating the branch status data in accordance with user access operations; and when an access session relating to a user account ends, updating the trunk status data for said user account based on a comparison of the branch status data of the access session which has ended with the trunk status data for said user account.

Techniques to configure quality of service (QoS) and utilize radio resources for a call in a WLAN are described. In an aspect, a station ensures that an access point in the WLAN is suitable for receiving service prior to performing registration to receive services via the WLAN. In another aspect, the station first requests for radio resources for traffic flows, then requests for radio resources for signaling flows, and sends signaling as best effort traffic if radio resources are not granted for the signaling flows. In yet another aspect, the station aggregates QoS for multiple applications and requests for radio resources based on the aggregated QoS. In yet another aspect, the station releases extra radio resources corresponding to the difference between the QoS granted by the WLAN and the QoS proposed by a remote terminal for the call. In yet another aspect, the station requests for the same QoS or lower from a new access point during handoff.

A cloud service access and information gateway receives a first authentication factor for a user in a single sign-on system. The single sign-on system provides access to a plurality of cloud services. The gateway receives, from a user device, a request to access a cloud service of the plurality of cloud services. The gateway compares a context of the request to an access policy for the single sign-on system and grants conditional access to the cloud service based on the access policy.

A computer-implemented method for updating data pipelines may include (i) identifying at least one file that defines a series of transformations for data that passes through a data pipeline, for an application, that reads from at least one input table and writes to at least one output table, (ii) designating as a development version of the data pipeline at least one additional file that comprises a modified version of the file (iii) creating an additional version of the output table, (iv) detecting an execution of the additional file, and (v) directing output data written by the file to the additional version of the output table instead of the output table in response to both detecting the execution of the additional file and determining that the additional file is designated as the development version. The display control unit displays a device for executing a particular function on a display device. The printer definition includes a network address, a reference to a printer driver, and a reference to a printer profile. The method also includes sending an install uniform resource identifier (URI) associated with the printer definition. The method further includes receiving an indication that the install URI has been activated by the computing device. The method additionally includes sending an installer to the computing device. The installer installs the printer driver and configures the computing device to communicate with the printer using the network address, the printer driver and the printer profile.

To search for a device from an information processing apparatus in Simple Network Management Protocol version 3 (SNMPv3), it is necessary to set information such as authentication information. However, there is such an issue that, in a case where settings of such information are inadequate, if a desired multi-function printer (MFP) is a device with settings for responding only to SNMPv3, the desired MFP cannot be found even if a search is performed.
