Electronic message management program coordinating defined activity and controlled recipient/respondents through a unique id
11475386 · 2022-10-18 · ·

A system is disclosed that sends, through one or more messaging modalities, an electronic message containing a system or user genera0ted unique identifier to at least one recipient on a system or user enabled and controlled list. The system receives a response electronic message containing the unique identifier and response data identified by a symbol. The program verifies the validity of the unique identifier and optionally that a sender of the response message is on the list. If the unique identifier is verified, the program correlates the message response data with the unique identifier and sends an additional message replicating the response data to the controlled list as a reply or update concerning the message. The program repeats the receiving, verifying, and sending to allow further updates on the message using the modality of communication.

Interactive production alerts dashboard

Methods, computer systems, and computer storage media are provided that provide an interactive web-based alerts system. The system provides a combination of features including a mail application and a dashboard for reporting. Initially, automated emails sent from a plurality of sources are received and stored in a database. The automated emails are classified based on criteria including source, subject line, acknowledgement, and/or status. Using these classifications, various reports can be generated to provide insight into the alert quality and quantity. A dashboard interface displays the classified alerts and enables various interactions with the classified plurality of alerts. Based on the interactions, the dashboard interface is automatically updated, in real-time. In some embodiments, the interactions comprise causing an incident to be created for the alert, causing a category of the alert to be updated, or causing a shift report to be generated.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOTELY INITIATING LOST MODE ON A COMPUTING DEVICE

Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for remotely initiating lost mode on a computing device. A request that lost mode be initiated can include a message and contact information provided by the requesting user. Once authenticated, a command to initiate lost mode is sent to the lost device. Initiating lost mode includes locking the lost device and suppressing select functionality. The message and contact information are displayed and the lost device is enabled to contact the requesting user using the contact information. The lost device can also collect and transmit location data to the requesting user. The location data can be presented on a map indicating the lost devices location and the time the lost device was at the location. The location data can be scheduled to be resent to the user based on numerous factors such as a set schedule, rules or heuristic.

Cloud based access solution for enterprise deployment

Systems and methods for providing mobile services are disclosed. In one implementation, an access point (AP) is provided, which may include a set of one or more base-station functions for use by a user equipment (UE) connected to the AP over a wireless communication interface. The one or more base-station functions may be configured to receive information from the UE. The AP may further include a set of one or more core-network functions configured to receive the information from the set of one or more base-station functions and a distributed portion of a service. The distributed portion of the service may be configured to receive the information from the one or more core-network functions and communicate the information to a corresponding cloud portion of the service running on a cloud platform. The service may be provided by a combination of the distributed portion and the cloud portion of the service. The distributed portion of the service may be further configured to receive a response from the cloud portion of the service based on processing performed by the cloud portion on the cloud platform.

Determining Semantic Travel Modes

Systems and methods for determining semantic travel modes are provided. In one embodiment, a method can include obtaining a plurality of location reports from a user device. Each of the plurality of location reports can include at least a set of data indicative of an associated location and time. The method can further include determining a travel period associated with the user device based on the plurality of location reports. The method can include obtaining one or more personalization signals that include a set of data associated with a semantic travel mode. The method can include determining that the user device is associated with the semantic travel mode during the travel period based at least in part on the plurality of location reports and the one or more personalization signals.
