Transcribing portions of a communication session between a user device and an on-premises device of an enterprise includes receiving, by a computer located remotely from the on-premises device, a media stream of the communication session from the on-premises device and receiving, by the computer, at least one event associated with the media stream from the on-premises device. Furthermore, the computer determines a portion of the media stream to transcribe based on the at least one event and transcribes the portion of the media stream

Methods, systems, and computer readable media can be operable to output troubleshooting and/or setup information associated with a device from a server within the device. In embodiments, troubleshooting and/or setup information is output from within the device to a subscriber when the device detects that an issue or failure exists with the device's connection to a network. A data or service request received from a subscriber can be rerouted to a server within the receiving device, and troubleshooting and/or setup information can be output as a result.

Based on device status data acquired from the mobile device and aggregated device status data from other mobile devices, potential faults with the mobile device may be diagnosed, and the impact of such potential faults may be evaluated. Responding to a data subject access request includes receiving the request and identifying the requestor and source. In response to identifying the requestor and source, a computer processor determines whether the data subject access request is subject to fulfillment constraints, including whether the requestor or source is malicious. If so, then the computer processor denies the request or requests a processing fee prior to fulfillment. If not, then the computer processor fulfills the request.

A non-transient computer readable medium having program code stored thereon for causing a processing device to perform the method comprising accessing information related to local area network traffic, by the processing device and receiving the information, is described. The method also includes displaying a graphical user interface (GUI) for a user of the network and calculating a percentage of impact for each device connected to the network that is using resources on the network. A technology is described for generating and modifying tunable parameter settings for use with a distributed application. An example method may include providing a first set of tunable parameter settings for a distributed application, where the first set of tunable parameter settings may be selected based at least in part on historical data associated with similar distributed applications. Performance metrics and implementation attributes associated with the distributed application may then be collected during a time period. The performance metrics and the implementation attributes collected may be input to a machine learning model configured to output a second set of tunable parameter settings for the distributed application, and the second set of tunable parameter settings may be provided for use with the distributed application, where performance of the distributed application may be better as compared to a performance using the first set of tunable parameter settings.

A device may receive data related to operations of a plurality of managed devices. The device may determine, after receiving the data, a multi-entity profile for the data. The device may determine, using the multi-entity profile, a set of sub-models for the data after determining the multi-entity profile. The set of sub-models may be associated with processing the data in a contextualized manner. The device may generate a model based on the set of sub-models. The device may perform one or more actions related to the plurality of managed devices or the at least one alert based on respective scores associated with the plurality of managed devices after generating the model.

Systems and methods for automation of a customer support sorting process are described. A probability that a call from a potential caller will be received by a call system may be determined based at least in part on historical status information and call history information. The historical status information may indicate one or more past operational states of a service network. The call history information may indicate one or more calls received by the call system, as well as a subject matter of each of the one or more calls. If the determined probability satisfies a threshold, a notification to the potential caller may be transmitted. The notification may inform the potential caller of a current operational state of the service network.

A method for data processing may include receiving a communication from a parent span, the communication including a data portion and a header portion. The header portion may include an identifier of an originating service that produced the communication, an identifier of a transaction for the communication, and an identifier of the parent span. The method may include identifying the parent span and the originating serviced based on the header portion. The method may also include performing a system trace process of the communication throughout the transaction based on the parent span and the originating service.

A computer-based method (and associated system) for managing services provided by a service provider includes receiving a service order at a computer-based workflow engine, sending a generic ready-to-activate service order to a provisioning engine if network element involvement is needed to perform a step involved in satisfying the service order, assembling a command at the provisioning engine, in a format that is specific to the network element, to perform the step, and sending the network element-specific command from the provisioning engine to the network element.
