A computational instance may includes a set of computing devices and a configuration management database (CMDB), wherein the CMDB contains a representation of a service deployed on a managed network, wherein the representation of the service includes metadata, service group membership, and an entry point, and wherein the computational instance is configured to: receive an instruction to export the representation of the service to a file; copy, to a metadata object in the file, the metadata; determine a hierarchical subset of the service groups that are related to the service; write, to one or more service group objects in the file, the hierarchical subset of the service groups; determine, from a list of entry points of the managed network, that the entry point is of the service; and write, to an entry point object in the file, the entry point.

The status information includes availability of one or more servers within each of the plurality of clouds. The status information for each of the plurality of clouds is compared to the one or more cloud-specific requirements and the cloud environment as identified as one of compliant or non-compliant. The cloud environment is identified as compliant when each of the one or more cloud-specific requirements are satisfied and non-compliant when at least one of the one or more cloud-specific requirements are not satisfied.

A set of compliance requirements including one or more required-asset identifiers and a set of minimum deployment requirements for each required-asset identifier is received. Each of the one or more required-asset identifiers are associated with a cloud asset required for deployment of a target application. One or more probing messages are generated to determine an availability of each cloud asset associated with the one or more required-asset identifiers, at least one probing response is received from at least one cloud, and the cloud environment is identified as one of compliant or non-compliant for application deployment. The cloud environment is identified as compliant when each cloud asset meets each of minimum deployment requirements and non-compliant when a cloud asset fails to meet one of the minimum deployment requirements. The target application is deployed when the cloud environment is compliant.

Create and publish a website using a user satisfaction

A website hosting provider may assist hosting customers with the creation and publication of their websites. The website hosting provider may receive and convert customer service voice communications into customer service text communications. The website hosting provider may organize the customer service text communications in clusters so that all of the customer service text communications in the same cluster are regarding the same topic. The website hosting provider may also assign a score, regarding the effectiveness, and hosting customer variables, regarding the calling hosting customer, to each customer service text communication. When a new, i.e., current hosting customer calls regarding a topic and has similar hosting customer variables, the website hosting provider may determine, based on the past customer service text communications, a set of optimal questions. The current hosting customer may respond to the questions and then receive a recommendation from the website hosting customer regarding creating or publishing their website.

System and method for integration, testing, deployment, orchestration, and management of applications

Disclosed herein are system, apparatus, article of manufacture, method, and/or computer program product embodiments for creating and managing a software application. In an embodiment, an application template may first be identified. Application creation configuration information for a new software application may then be determined based on the identified application template. Application source code information may be generated based on the application creation configuration information and stored in a provisioned application source code data store. A build of the application source code information may then be initiated to generate the software application. An application infrastructure configured to host the software application may be provisioned in an infrastructure services provider system, and the software application may be automatically deployed to the provisioned application infrastructure including appropriate security concerns. Additionally, application infrastructure and deployment telemetry may be generated to monitor health of software application and associated infrastructure.

Methods, devices, and computer-readable media for providing access to a web-based application from a remote computing device having a software environment that is incompatible with the web application are presented. In some embodiments, a virtual server may receive from a client device, a request to execute a web application, where at least a first portion of the web application may be hosted by the virtual server and a second portion of the web application may be hosted by a second server. In response to the request by the client device, the web application may be executed at the virtual server. Then a user interface of the web application may be sent to the client device to be presented in a local browser at the client device.
