A user equipment (UE) may be configured to reattempt to establish a multiple access (MA) protocol data unit (PDU) session when the UE moves to a new registration area. The UE transmits a request for a MA PDU session to the network, receives a message from the network indicating the request has been rejected, wherein the message further includes a status indication for reattempt requests to establish the MA PDU session, determines, when the UE moves into a new registration area of a PLMN, whether reattempt requests are allowed based on, at least, the status indication and transmits, when reattempt requests are allowed, a further request to establish the MA PDU session.

The PDCP control PDU includes a data/control (D/C) bit field to indicate the PDCP control PDU is a control PDU, a control PDU type field to indicate a type of corresponding control information, a sequence number field to indicate a first missing PDCP SDU, and a bitmap field for a variable length bitmap. A bit in the variable length bitmap indicates whether a corresponding one of the one or more PDCP SDUs has been successfully been received.

An apparatus of a wireless device can include processing circuitry configured to decode a HE PPDU received from a second wireless device, the HE PPDU including a first TXOP duration field in a PHY portion of the HE PPDU. The processing circuitry can detect whether the TXOP duration field includes a disable flag based on bit values of the TXOP duration field. The disable flag can indicate absence of duration information in the TXOP duration field. Upon detecting the disable flag, a response HE PPDU can be encoded for transmission to the second wireless device. The response HE PPDU can include a second TXOP duration field with a disable flag within a PHY portion of the response HE PPDU.
