Footwear Cleats Device
A fall prevention footwear accessory device includes a first strap configured to wrap around an upper portion and sole of the footwear at a ball portion of the footwear. A first fastener removably secures a looped first end of the first strap. A second fastener slidably receives the looped first strap and secures a second end of the first strap. A second strap includes a central cleat region that rotatably attaches to the second fastener post and removably attaches to a third fastener attached to the first strap. The device facilitates relocation of the second strap cleat region between a first position under the footwear sole and a second position over the footwear upper.
Footwear plate
A method of forming a plate for an article of footwear is disclosed. The method includes applying a first strand portion to a base layer including positioning adjacent segments of the first strand portion to form a first layer on the base layer. The adjacent segments of the first strand portion having a greater density across a width of the plate between a medial side and a lateral side at a forefoot region of the plate than at a midfoot region of the plate and at a heel region of the plate. The method also includes applying at least one of heat and pressure to the first strand portion and to the base layer to conform the first strand portion and the base layer to a predetermined shape.

DEVICE FOR SHOES
A device for a shoe that allows converting a utility of a shoe from a normal sports shoe to a specialized shoe having high traction on ground, such as the shoes for golf, soccer, baseball, softball, football, tracking, and hiking. The device includes a front member and a rear member, both include spaced apart spikes. The front member and the rear member can be applied to an exposed surface of a sole of a shoe.
MULTI-TEXTURE MICRO-MECHANICAL ACTUATION SYSTEM FOR IN SITU FRICTION CONTROL DURING HUMAN GAIT
An actuation system including a gear assembly, a plurality of friction members, an outsole for an article of footwear and an actuator. The gear assembly having a plurality of gears and each friction member being coupled to a respective gear of the gear assembly and having a series of textured outer surfaces. The outsole having an inner portion, an outer surface, and a plurality of openings extending from the inner portion to the outer surface, each opening being configured to receive one or more friction members such that at least one textured outer surface of each friction member is exposed on the outer surface of the outsole. The actuator is configured to rotate one or more gears of the gear assembly such that each friction member rotates relative to the outsole.
Modular Cycling Shoe and Sole Designed For The Same
The invention is that of a removable shoe sole and a cycling shoe comprising said removable shoe sole, wherein the removable shoe sole may be affixed to the bottom of the cycling shoe to enable the wearer to gain traction on surfaces such as muddy ground surfaces. The removable shoe sole may be unitary or modular in design and comprises traction means such as anterior, medial and posterior traction means for enabling a cyclist to quickly affix the removable shoe sold to the bottom of his or her cycling shoes and walk or run across ground surfaces having low traction. The traction means may comprise ridges and valleys or similar means for engaging low-traction ground surfaces. The removable shoe sole may be made of durable material and affixed to a cycling shoe using off-the-shelf fasteners such as will be familiar to one of ordinary skill in the art.

Shoe extension for patient gait modification
A shoe extension for gait modification includes a vamp section, a base section, an attachment strap, and a restraining mechanism. The vamp section is connected to a top surface of the base section forming a receiving slot. A toe box of a shoe worn on a healthy limb is slidably positioned into the receiving slot such that the base section is positioned along an outsole of the shoe. The attachment strap is utilized to establish a connection with the shoe. By increasing an overall length of the footwear worn on the healthy limb, a speed of motion of the healthy limb may be reduced in order to increase weight bearing on the unhealthy limb. The restraining mechanism, which is preferably integrated into a bottom surface of the base section, may also be used to reduce the speed of motion of the healthy limb.
