SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING COMMUNICATION INTERRUPTS IN AN ENTERPRISE
A computing system for managing one or more communication interrupts during a communication session associated with a resource in an enterprise is disclosed. The computing system includes a monitoring module for monitoring one or more parameters of the communication session. The system further includes a database for storing the one or more monitored parameters. The system further includes a determination module for determining at least one participation score for the resource based on the one or more stored parameters. The system further includes a control module for controlling the one or more communication interrupts based on the at least one determined participation score.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VOICE PROMPT OF THIRD-PARTY CALL
The present disclosure provides a system and a method for voice prompt of a third-party call. The system includes a contact identification module, a hands-free control module and a voice broadcast module. The contact identification module is for identifying whether a third-party incoming call number exists in an address book of a communication device. The hands-free control module is for extracting a current call status when a third-party call dials in to help judge whether the current call is in hands-free mode. The voice broadcast module is for voice broadcasting information of the incoming call according to the identification result of the contact identification module when the current call is in hands-free mode. The present system could broadcast the information of the third-party incoming call without breaking off the current call so that prevents missing important content of the current call as well as an important incoming call.
Mobile device call management with multiple over-the-top calls
A mobile device executes an operating system (OS) call manager and an over-the-top (OTT) calling application. The OTT calling application receives a notification for a first OTT call, and notifies the OS call manager of the first OTT call. The OS call manager assigns shared device resources of the mobile device to the first OTT call. The OTT calling application receives a notification for a second OTT call, and sends, to an OTT Telephony Application Server (TAS) without notifying the OS call manager of the second OTT call, a request to switch from the first OTT call to a second OTT call. The OTT calling app identifies the first OTT call as inactive and the second OTT call as active, and allocates the shared device resources assigned to the first OTT call to the second OTT call.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CALL NOTIFICATIONS TO ACTIVE COMMUNICATION DEVICES
An apparatus, system and method for call notifications to active communication devices are provided. At an apparatus comprising a processor and a communication interface, a call for a first device is received via the communication interface. When is determined that a second device is active, a notification of the call is transmitted to the second device.
Home gateway system with telephony functions and method
A home gateway system has a transceiver (70) capable of establishing a wireless local loop connection (72). A voice processing system (74) is coupled to the transceiver (70). The voice processing system (74) is capable of storing a message from an incoming call. A caller identification processing system (76) is coupled to the transceiver (70). The caller identification processing system (76) determines a telephone number of the incoming call and routes the incoming call to the voice processing system (74), if the telephone number belongs to a screened group of telephone numbers.
Call transferring method and device for multi-channel terminal
Call transferring method and device for a multi-channel terminal are provided. The method includes: receiving an incoming call request from a first remote subscriber and setting up a call with the first remote subscriber based on a first service channel; and connecting the first service channel with a second service channel to forward service data of the first remote subscriber to a second remote subscriber and forward service data of the second remote subscriber to the first remote subscriber through the first and second service channels, wherein the first and second service channels are set up based on a current subscriber identity card. The method and device may improve flexibility of call transferring.
Call Processing Method, Call Server, Base Station, and Call System
A call processing method, including receiving a first call request of a calling terminal for a called terminal, triggering a mobility management entity to control a base station to page the called terminal, performing call waiting according to a paging response message when receiving the paging response message from the mobility management entity indicating that the called terminal is a power saving state and cannot be paged by the base station, and establishing a session coupling between the calling terminal and the called terminal according to addressing information of the called terminal when receiving, in a call waiting process, the addressing information of the called terminal from the mobility management entity.
Call Holding Management
A system or a method detects an electronic communication between a first communication device and a second communication device. An audible communication holding routine associated with the second communication device is determined and the electronic communication is monitored to automatically determine whether the electronic communication is put on hold by the second communication device based, at least in part, on detecting that the audible communication holding routine is included in the electronic communication. When it is determined that the electronic communication is put on hold, presentation of one or more communication holding options to the first communication device is caused.
Method and apparatus for performing call switching
A call switching method and a mobile device are provided that rapidly and conveniently switch calls. The method includes performing a first operation; receiving an event for a second operation that is different from the first operation, while the first operation is being performed; detecting a movement of the mobile device; and performing the second operation, based on determining that the detected movement satisfies a condition.
