Conference call notification and setup configuration
One example method of operation may include receiving a conference request from a moderator device, retrieving user profiles, included in the conference request, stored in a database, transmitting a conference access code to the user devices associated with the user profiles, retrieving and applying a moderator conference call agenda to a conference call at a conference call maturity time, and enacting one or more restrictions during the conference call based on the moderator conference call agenda.
Conferencing microphone system
A conferencing microphone system includes a conference microphone having a central housing member and a plurality of appendage housing members. Each of the plurality of appendage housing members includes a microphone housed therein, and each of the microphones includes a USB output connected to a USB Hub contained within the central housing member. The USB Hub includes a first USB input/output and a second USB input/output coupled thereto in a manner allowing connection of a plurality of conference microphones together.
Telecommunication method and system for simplifying communication such as conference calls
A method of simplifying electronic communications between a plurality of users by communication implementation and management. Each user has an electronic identifier, which may be of a type, such as a website address, domain, LinkedIn address, etc. Each identifier is unique to each user. The methods disclosed facilitate communication amalgamation between otherwise disparate electronic platforms. In one embodiment, different conference calling platforms may be amalgamated with simultaneous call out to users. In other embodiments, a conference calling platforms may be amalgamated with an electronic communication platform which is not a conference calling platform to render the latter effectively operational as the former in a unified manner.
Concurrent collaboration conference port management
Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems and methods for a collaboration conferencing system to track a total number of concurrently utilized ports across any number of conferencing bridges of the network for a particular customer and one or more billing actions may occur based on this tracking. This may result in an alternate billing option for the customer's use of the system. Further, a telecommunications network administrator may provide access to the collaboration conferencing system based on a total number of concurrently utilized ports rather than on a per conference or per minute basis. With the information of the number of purchased ports by the customer, the administrator may more accurately predict an available capacity for the collaboration conferencing system needed to support all of the users of the system and the potential collaboration conferences.
Responsive communication system
A spoken communication system includes a plurality of domestic devices and a server. Each of the devices is responsive to spoken communication to communicate that spoken communication to other devices, and to receive spoken communications received by other communication devices. The server is in digital communication with domestic devices to communicate that spoken communication among the registered devices.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTED CALL PROCESSING AND AUDIO REINFORCEMENT IN CONFERENCING ENVIRONMENTS
Systems, apparatus, and methods for processing audio signals associated with conferencing devices communicatively connected in a daisy-chain configuration using local connection ports included on each device are provided. One method involving a first conferencing device comprises receiving auxiliary mixed microphone signal(s) from at least one other conferencing device via at least one local connection port, each auxiliary signal comprising a mix of microphone signals captured by the at least one other conferencing device; determining a gain adjustment value for each auxiliary mixed microphone signal based on a daisy-chain position of the at least one other conferencing device relative to the position of the first conferencing device; adjusting a gain value for each auxiliary mixed microphone signal based on the corresponding gain adjustment value; generating a loudspeaker output signal from the gain-adjusted auxiliary mixed microphone signal(s); and providing the loudspeaker signal to the loudspeaker of the first conferencing device.
VIDEO CONFERENCE IMPLEMENTATION METHOD, SERVER AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
Disclosed are a video conference implementation method and server, and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes: a video conference server receiving from a terminal a virtual conference number of a conference to be convened; detecting whether the virtual conference number and a corresponding conference state are contained in a stored virtual conference draft; if the virtual conference number is contained and the state is not convened, sending to a multipoint control unit conference parameters corresponding to the virtual conference number, and receiving a conference state returned by the multipoint control unit.
Management system, program, management method, and communication system
A management system for managing at least one function to be executed in a communication terminal. The management system includes a reception unit that receives identification information about the communication terminal from the communication terminal; a storage unit that stores a service period set for each of functions associated with pieces of identification information about communication terminals; a specification unit that specifies, from the functions associated with the received identification information, functions within the service periods; and a transmission unit that transmits function information indicating the specified functions to the communication terminal.
Conference audio management
A method for managing audio during a conference includes steering, at a spatial steering processor of a mobile device, first decoded audio to be projected from a speaker at a first angle. The method also includes steering, at the spatial steering processor, second decoded audio to be projected from the speaker at a second angle. The first decoded audio corresponds to a decoded version of a first audio stream from a first device associated with a first participant of the conference, and the second decoded audio corresponds to a decoded version of a second audio stream from a second device associated with a second participant of the conference. The first decoded audio is synchronized with the second decoded audio.
